Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office Detective Kelsey Harrington charged Timothy Sean Dishman, 45, of Campground Road in Denver, with second degree kidnapping related to the incident that allegedly occurred in September.
Deputies said the Sheriff’s Office received information about the sexual assault on Sept. 25. The victim, a distant relative of Dishman’s, was interviewed at the Lincoln County Child Advocacy Center, where she accused Dishman of sexual assault.
