David Rue gave up one hit through five innings as the Mustangs blasted Hunter Huss 11-1 Saturday. Leading hitters were Michael Rue 3-4, Danny O’brien 2-3, Mathew McIntosh and Alex Loftin also went 2-3 at the plate. David Rue helped his own cause in the fifth belting a two run homer. The win was the 399th coaching victory for Bolick. The win also moved the Mustangs to 15-5 overall and 7-3 in the conference. The win ties South Point and East Gaston for second place in the conference. |
