Singing Christmas Tree
Christ’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Stanley will host a performance of “Joy to the Christ Child,” a singing Christmas tree with a 50-voice community choir. The musical program will
be Saturday at 7 p.m. and Sunday at 3 p.m. A hand bell prelude will be followed by musical selections. Admission is free.

Cat Square Parade
The 30th annual Cat Square Christmas Parade will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 13. Voting for Mayor of Cat Square and Miss Cat Square is taking place now through Saturday at Cat Square
Superette.

The Cherryville Parade will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 13.
Choral Program

Carriage Rides
The Downtown Development Association will host horse-drawn carriage rides Friday, Dec. 12 and Saturday, Dec. 13 from 6 to 9 p.m. Participants will begin their ride at the Lincoln

Santa Claus will be at his home away from home — in front of the Lincoln Cultural Center on Cedar St. — Thursdays and Fridays from 4 to 8 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
