MAIDEN â€” Ruby Kathryn Lineberger Sigmon, 86, of Mays Chapel Road, died June 16, 2004. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. today at Mays Chapel United Methodist Church, where she was a member. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 2 p.m. today at the church.
Born in Catawba County, she was a member of the Sweet Adelines.
Survivors include two daughters, Nancy Whitener of Maiden and Judy Teague of Newton; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
