Criminal Charges 3-6-13
The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
- Donald Lee Richard, 39, of 184 A St. in Lincolnton was charged March 1 with one count of non-support family. A $750 cash bond was set.

William David Evans Jr., 42, of 1118 Lincoln St. in Lincolnton was charged March 1 with one count of probation violation. A $50,000 bond was set.

Clarence Ray Barnette, 46, of 4493 Maiden Hwy. in Lincolnton was charged March 1 with one count each of failure to appear, possessing stolen goods, child abuse-a general misdemeanor, larceny after breaking and entering and felony breaking and entering a building. A $35,000 secured bond was set.

David Richard Price, 32, of 2432 Sun Valley Trl. in Lincolnton was charged March 1 with one count each of failure to appear and failure to comply with disclosure requirements. A $365 cash bond was set.

Allison Keley Mouse, 26, of 19815 Lacebark Dr. in Cornelius was charged March 2 with seven counts of failure to appear. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

Gary Ryan Stansell, 19, of 75 McGrady Rd. in Rome, Ga., was charged March 3 with one count of possession of marijuana exceeding 1/2 ounce. A $1,000 bond was set.

Jason Timothy Ingle, 36, of 2378 Moose Gantt Trl. in Crouse was charged March 3 with one count of failure to comply. An unknown cash bond was set.

Cassandra Denise Stallings, 43, of 1887 Cullendale Ct. in Crouse was charged March 3 with one count of failure to appear. No bond was set.

Stephanie Rashell Woods, 23, of 819 Highland Ave. SE in Hickory was charged March 4 with two counts of maintaining a dwelling/vehicle for a controlled substance and one count of selling/delivering a schedule II controlled substance. No bond was set.

Dominic Allan Campbell, 27, of 2728 Burnley Rd. in Newton was charged March 4 with two counts of selling/delivering a schedule II controlled substance and one count each of possession with intent to manufacture, sell and distribute a schedule II controlled substance and possession of marijuana up to 1/2 ounce. No bond was set.

Quentin Marcel Campbell, 25, of 728 F Ave. SE in Hickory was charged March 4 with two counts of selling/delivering a schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
- Richard Brian Pearson, 41, of 167 N.C. 274 in Vale was charged March 4 with two counts of failure to appear. A $6,000 secured bond was set.
