Criminal charges — 2-18-13

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

• Allen Scott Waters II, 1046 Mansion Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 14 with one count each of possessing stolen goods, larceny, and breaking and entering vehicles. A $12,000 bond was set.
• Barbara Ann Settle, 34, of 111 Auton St. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 14 with one count each of communicating threats and simple assault and battery or affray. A $500 secured bond was set.
• James Robert Helms, 37, of 2279 Fulton Tr. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 14 with one count of failure to appear. No bond was set.
• Stephanie Michelle Rushing, 19, of 518 St. Chrisnic Ct. in Mt. Holly was charged Feb. 14 with one count each of possession of marijuana exceeding 1/2 ounce and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $500 secured bond was set.
• Derek Michael Lavender, 18, of 805 W. Chesnut St. in Stanley was charged Feb. 14 with one count each of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana exceeding 1/2 ounce. A $500 secured bond was set.
• Robert James Carroll, 33, of 2316 Southside Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 14 with one count each of failure to comply, failure to appear and resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer. A $320 secured bond was set.

The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following arrests:

• David Brent Lynch, 39, whose address is unknown, was charged Feb. 12 with one misdemeanor count of larceny. An $800 secured bond was set.
• Patrick Williams, 46, of 607 S. Grove St. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 12 with one felony count each of conspiracy and robbery with a dangerous weapon. A $40,000 bond was set.
• Jonathan W. Herder, 59, of 315 E. Hoke St. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 13 with one misdemeanor count of larceny. A $500 secured bond was set.
• Felipe Villafan Pena Jr., 20, of 820 Alexander St. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 13 with one misdemeanor count each of simple assault and injury to personal property. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
• Anna Marie Duvall, 40, of 208 School St. in High Shoals was charged Feb. 13 with one misdemeanor count each of DWI and open container. A $5,000 secured bond was set.

The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following criminal summons:

• Tina Rhodes, 35, of 1017 E. Catawba St. in Lincolnton was issued a criminal summons Feb. 13 for two counts of school attendance law violation.
