Criminal charges — 2-13-13

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

• Timothy Brandon Brooks, 20, of 1046 Mt. Crest Dr. in Kings Mountain was charged Feb. 8 with one count of larceny. A $2,500 secured bond was set.
• Donnie Greg Williams, 32, of 2595 N. Aspen St. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 8 with three counts of probation violation. No bond was set.
• Randy Lee Rinck Jr., 36, of 2199 Buffalo Shoals Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 8 with one count of non-support family. A $1,000 cash bond was set.
• Samuel Ray Noblitt, 53, of 4173 N.C. 182 in Crouse was charged Feb. 8 with one misdemeanor count of larceny. He was released on a written promise.
• Robert Davis, 49, of 4940 Maple St. in Catawba was charged Feb. 8 with two counts of failure to appear and served a true bill of indictment for charges unknown at time of publication. No bond was set.
• Billy Joe Smith Jr., 38, of 2204 Seagletown Rd. in Vale was charged Feb. 9 with one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. A $300 secured bond was set.
• Christopher Lee Sisk, 35, of 2125 Chapel Ln. in Cherryville was charged Feb. 9 with one count each of fugitive from justice, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a schedule II controlled substance. No bond was set.
• Nancy Alisa Dellinger, 52, of 6321 Sherwood Ln. in Denver was charged Feb. 9 with one count of driving while impaired. A $500 bond was set.
• Daniel Eugene Stamey, 30, of 2795 Rutherford College Rd. in Connelly Springs, N.C., was charged Feb. 9 with two counts of failure to comply. A $1,500 secured bond was set.
