Criminal Charges 1-28-13

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

• Joseph Scott Goodwin, 42, of 2422 Sun Valley Trl. in Lincolnton was charged Jan. 24 with one count of non-support family. A $600 cash bond was set.
• Sheila Nicole Woodcock, 26, of 3052 Livingstone Trl. #12 in Lincolnton was charged Jan. 24 with two misdemeanor counts of larceny. A $2,000 secured bond was set.
• David Allen Rouse, 30, of 420 Elizabeth Ln. in Gastonia was charged Jan. 24 with one count of communicating threats. No bond was set.
• Ryan Gregory Smith, 18, of 7223 Price Pt. in Denver was charged Jan. 24 with one felony count of breaking and entering a building. An $8,000 secured bond was set.
• Donnie Greg Williams, 32, of 2595 Maiden Hwy. in Lincolnton was charged Jan. 24 one count each of failure to appear and second-degree trespassing. A $500 secured bond was set.
• Jessie Willie Brown III, 53, of 1329 Tunnel Rd. in Asheville, N.C., was charged Jan. 24 with one count each of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and larceny. He was released on a written promise.
