Criminal charges — 1/11/13

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

• Jessica Lyn Edwards, 22, of 1203 Black Rd. in Cherryville was charged Jan. 4 with one count of larceny. No bond was set.
• Trevor Kiernan Omara, 18, of 8543 Jacobs Fork River Rd. in Vale was charged Jan. 5 with one one count each of injury to real property and injury to personal property. A $2,500 bond was set.
• Kyle Daniel Sisk, 30, of 184 Nicholson Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Jan. 5 with three counts of driving while license revoked or disqualification non-support. A $500 secured bond was set.
• Wesley Edward Burgess, 57, of 460 Springs East Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Jan. 5 with one count of possession of a schedule IV controlled substance. A $500 secured bond was set.
• Michael Scott Heavner, 43, of 2042 Salem Ch. Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Jan. 5 with one count each of communicating threats and assault on a female. No bond was set.
• Cynthia Darlene Franklin, 58, of 1849 Bill Lynch Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Jan. 5 with one count of harassing phone/obscene call. No bond was set.
• Paul Brenton Benard, 43, of 1849 Riverview Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Jan. 5 with one count of cyberstalking. A $2,500 secured bond was set.
• Micah Lee Amico, 19, of 1395 John Lutz Cir. in Lincolnton was charged Jan. 5 with one count each of obtaining property by false pretenses and possession 5+ counterfeit instrument. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
• Clarence Ray Barnette, 46, of 4493 Maiden Hwy. in Lincolnton was charged Jan. 6 with one count each of larceny, assault on a female by a male over 18 yrs. of age, injury to real property and communicating threats. No bond was set.
• Joshua Scott Heafner, 24, of 2020 Salem Ch. Rd. in LIncolnton was charged Jan. 6 with one count of simple assault. No bond was set.
• Terri Lynn Hartley, 42, of 3573 Heafner Ln. in Gastonia was charged Jan. 6 with one count of attempting to obtain a controlled substance by forgery/fraud. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
• Joshua Gene Hoyle, 20, of 152 Beechnut Creek Rd. in Casar, N.C., was charged Jan. 6 with two counts of probation violation. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
• Benjamin Aaron Coulter, 35, of 651 7th Ave. NE in Hickory was charged Jan. 7 with three counts of failure to appear and one count of driving while license revoked. An $800 bond was set.
• Jason Matthew Young, 32, of 3831 Haven Wood Rd. in Charlotte was charged Jan. 7 with one count of obtaining property by false pretenses. No bond was set.
• James Dereck Starnes, 33, of 3115 35th St. Ct. NE in Newton was charged Jan. 7 with one count each of larceny from merchant and misdemeanor larceny. No bond was set.
• Justin Alan Brown, 22, of 154 Brown Watterson Rd. in Cherryville was charged Jan. 7 with one count of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill. A $50,000 bond was set.
• Jeremiah Amos White, 27, of 138 Mauney Dr. in LIncolnton was charged Jan. 7 with two counts of non-support family. A $500 cash bond was set.
• James Kevin Leonhardt Jr., 34, of 411 Liberty St. in Hickory was charged Jan. 7 with two counts of probation violation and one count each of misdemeanor larceny and felony larceny. A $2,500 bond was set.
• Jessica Starr Keller, 26, of 931 Car Farm Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Jan. 7 with one count of failure to appear. A $2,000 secured bond was set.
• Christa Ann McClung, 37, of 308 Horsheshoe Lake Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Jan. 7 with one count of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
• Brandon James Clark, 25, of 1009 Georgetown Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Jan. 7 with two counts of failure to comply. A $580 cash bond was set.
• Ralph Robert Russell, 26, of 5065 Lewis Rd. in Gastonia was charged Jan. 8 with one count of probation violation. A $25,000 secured bond was set.

The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following arrests:

• Heidi Danyel Lesley, 40, of 208 Little St. in Lincolnton was charged Jan. 2 with two misdemeanor counts of assault and battery. A $500 unsecured bond was set.
• Kevin Gennaro Dunston, 25, of 2440 Cherryville Rd. in Cherryville was charged Jan. 2 with one misdemeanor count of communicating threats. He was placed under a domestic hold.
• Coley Monroe Jones, 17, of 2567 Lincoln Park St. in Lincolnton was charged Jan. 2 with one misdemeanor count of larceny. A $2,500 unsecured bond was set.
• Carlise Lavar Birch, 30, of 723 Rufus Rd. in Denver was charged Jan. 2 with three counts of failure to appear. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
• Brittany Carol Reinhardt, 19, of 537 Hoffman Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Jan. 3 with one misdemeanor count each of displaying a revoked tag, having no insurance and driving after consuming alcohol under the age of 21. A $500 secured bond was set.
• Jeremy Neal McDougal, 22, of 2840 Wheatfield Ct. in Lincolnton was charged Jan. 3 with one felony count of possession with intent to sell and distribute marijuana along with one misdemeanor count each of open container in vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $2,500 secured bond was set.
• John Gerald Hadaway, 37, of 713 Hares Way in Lincolnton was charged Jan. 3 with one misdemeanor count of first-degree trespassing. A $500 secured bond was set.
• Bridgette Kay Lane, 18, of 1007 Georgetown Rd. Apt. #4 in Lincolnton was charged Jan. 3 with one misdemeanor count of failure to comply with court-ordered monies. A $320 cash bond was set.
• Lindsay Brooks Watson, 24, of 138 Mauney Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Jan. 3 with one misdemeanor count of assault and battery. A $1,000 unsecured bond was set.
• Damarcus Da’Shawn Dixon, 16, of 329 S. High St. in Lincolnton was charged Jan. 7 with one felony count each of first-degree burglary and larceny after breaking and entering. A $25,000 secured bond was set.
• Gregory Dylan Carnevale, 19, of 1709 Cypress St. in Gastonia was charged Jan. 7 with three felony counts of breaking and entering along with one felony count each of larceny of a firearm and robbery with a dangerous weapon. A $40,000 bond was set.
• Deantae Jerome Sowell, 20, of 200 Hubbard St. in Lincolnton was charged Jan. 7 with one misdemeanor count of communicating threats. A $1,200 secured bond was set.
• James Milton Poston, 50, of 806 Sumner St. in Lincolnton was charged Jan. 8 with one misdemeanor count each of DWI and driving while license revoked. A $1,500 secured bond was set.
