Criminal Charges 12-10-12

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

• Austin Thomas King, 18, of 320 Johnson St. in Mt. Holly was charged Dec. 5 with one count of simple assault & battery or affray. No bond was set.
• Matthew Jason Cooke, 24, of 2561 Long Neck Dr. in Iron Station was charged Dec. 5 with one count of failure to notify change of address-sex offender. A $9,500 secured bond was set.
• Joshua Alton Keziah, 19, of 7858 Blackwood Rd. in Denver was charged Dec. 5 with one count of weapons-possession by felon of firearms, etc. prohibited. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
• James Dwight Bandy, 38, of 1945 Southpark Dr. in Newton was charged Dec. 5 with one count of sex offender/child premises. A $5,000 secured bond was set,
• Jastin Lee McLean, 21, of 1815 Tomes RD. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 5 with one count of failure to comply. A cash bond was set.
• Heather Renee Carballo, 32, of 31 Chapman Ln. in Taylorsville, N.C., was charged Dec. 5 with one count of larceny by servants and other employees. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
• Allen Scott Waters II, 23, of 1046 Mansion Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 6 with four counts of breaking and entering a vehicle, three counts of larceny and one count of felony larceny. A $25,000 secured bond was set.
• Alan Tudor, 59, of 3664 Innes Ln. in Maiden was charged Dec. 6 with one count of probation violation. No bond was set.
• Kaitlin Danielle Weaver, 18, of 879 Acre Heights in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 7 with one count of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
