• Timothy Joel Tate, 28, of 4938 E. N.C. 27 in Iron Station was charged Dec. 3 with one count of non-support family. A $600 cash bond was set.
• Johnny Joe Warlick, 39, of 1984 Bill Lynch Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 3 with one count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. A $500 secured bond was set.
• Chad Christopher Caldwell, 40, of 2951 Woodfield Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 3 with one count of failure to appear. A $2,000 secured bond was set.
• Jeremiah Prince, 35, of 3903 Owens Ave. in Connelly Springs, N.C., was charged Dec. 3 with one count of first-degree trespass. No bond was set.
• Alicia Tyndall Hight, 29, of 412 Madison St. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 3 with one count of non-support family. A $750 cash bond was set.
• Timothy Wayne Turner Jr., 20, of 3423 Sorrells Baxter Rd. in Cherryville was charged Dec. 4 with one count each of assault on a female and communicating threats. A $2,500 secured bond was set.
• Thomas Michael McKee, 18, of 785 Old Homestead Ln. in Denver was charged Dec. 4 with one count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. No bond was set.
• Michael Scott Rippy, 21, of 104 Lone St. in Stanley was charged Dec. 4 with one count of probation violation. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
• Charles David Conley, 56, whose address is unknown, was served a true bill of indictment Dec. 4 with one count each of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, selling and delivering a schedule II controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance and selling and delivering a schedule VI controlled substance. An $8,000 secured bond was set.
• Stephanie Kaye Saunders, 38, of 2481 Lake St. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 4 with one count of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
• Brittany Victoria Howard, 21, of 2803 Vale Ave. in Kannapolis was charged Dec. 4 with one count of failure to appear. No bond was set.
• Joshua Alton Keziah, 19, of 7858 Blackwood Rd. in Denver was charged Dec. 4 with one count each of larceny after breaking and entering, possessing stolen goods, injury to real property, breaking and entering vehicles, larceny of a firearm, first-degree burglary, vandalism-injury to real property and three counts of felony breaking and entering.
