A Lincoln County high school student has been accused of sex-related incident involving a six-year-old boy, the Sheriff’s Office said.
The alleged victim’s mother spotted Tyler Bennett Kale, 17, of 6112 E. Highway 150, inappropriately touch her son on Saturday, according to a press release.
The teen has been charged with one count of taking indecent liberties with a child.
He has since posted a $25,000 secured bond.
