Criminal Charges — 5-11-12

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

• Michael Thomas Cushing II, 27, of 390 Lantern Ridge Dr. in Lincolnton was charged May 7 with one count of larceny. No bond was set.
• William Harvey Leonard, 37, of 2708 River Meadows Ct. in Lincolnton was charged May 7 with one count each of domestic criminal trespass and breaking or entering buildings generally. A $500 secured bond was set.
• Laura Elizabeth Holmes, 23, of 1234 Oak Grove Ch. Rd. in Lincolnton was charged May 7 with one count of failure to appear. No bond was set.
• Richard Alan Stamey, 37, of Hwy. 321 in Lincolnton was charged May 7 with one count of failure to comply. A $2,500 bond was set.
• Billy Ray Galloway, 28, of 5 Chapman St. in Lincolnton was charged May 7 with one count each of possession of marijuana up to ½ ounce and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $2,500 secured bond was set.
• Timothy Mark Eaker, 47, of 3679 Eaker Rd. in Cherryville was charged May 7 with one count each of communicating threats and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
• James Lee Wilson Jr., 35, of 923 River Trl. Rd. in Lowell was charged May 7 with one count each of speeding and driving while license revoked. No bond was set.
• Michael Lee Hice, 26, of 6231 Sherwood Ln. in Denver was charged May 7 with one count of driving while license revoked. No bond was set.
• Robbie Lee Caldwell, 28, of 134 Mauney Dr. in Lincolnton was charged May 7 with five counts of trafficking in cocaine. A $75,000 secured bond was set.
• Paul Hamilton Phillips, 31, of 2127 Seagletown Rd. in Vale was charged May 7 with one count of simple assault. A $1,200 bond was set.
• Sherry Levern Wilson, 38, of 1661 Cloudburst Cir. in Lincolnton was charged May 7 with two counts of failure to appear. A $725 secured bond was set.
• Hanna Friday, 19, of 1340 Oak Canopy Rd. in Lincolnton was charged May 7 with one count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. She was released on a written promise.
• Melissa Elaine Marie Fuller, 17, of 3059 N.C. Hwy. 274 in Cherryville was charged May 7 with one count of simple assault. No bond was set.
• Corey Stuart Gaddy, 40, of 443 Brookhill Rd. in Charlotte was charged May 8 with one count each of speeding and driving while license revoked or suspended. No bond was set.
• Michael Anthony Greene Todd, 43, of 112 Richardson Dr. in Dallas was charged May 8 with one count of assault on a female by a male over 18 years of age. No bond was set.
• Billy Ray Gales, 41, of 1860 Correll Dr. in Lincolnton was charged May 8 with one count of failure to comply. A $365 bond was set.
• Brittany Jo Ilaria, 25, of 7316 Oxford Hunt Dr. in Stanley was charged May 8 with one count of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
• Holly Leigh Swanson, 45, of 6450 Osprey Tr. in Denver was charged May 8 with one count of failure to appear. A $750 secured bond was set.
• Jesse Hank Burgess, 22, of 2020 W. Hwy. 150 C in Lincolnton was charged May 8 with one count of simple assault. No bond was set. He was additionally charged May 9 with one count of simple assault. A $5,000 bond was set.
• Jason Eric Houston, 29, of 4041 Biggerstaff Rd. in Maiden was charged May 9 with one count each of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana up to ½ ounce, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance and possession of a schedule II controlled substance. A $1,500 bond was set.
