Criminal Charges — 9/17/12
The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following arrests:
- Elizabeth Anne Winter, 54, of 103 Leesburg Ct. in Shelby was charged Sept. 11 with one count of prostitution. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
- April Cogdill, 23, of 780 Pettus Ln. in Lincolnton, was charged Sept. 12 with four felony counts each of obtaining property by false pretenses and forgery/uttering. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
- Jose Carlos Perez, 23, whose address is unknown, was charged Sept. 12 with one misdemeanor count each of driving while license revoked and resisting an officer. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
- Maria De Lourdes Perez, 44, of 305 Little St. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 12 with one misdemeanor count of no operator’s license. A $500 secured bond was set.
- Kristin Miranda Sherrill, 22, of 712 Martha Ave. in Lowell was charged Sept. 13 with two misdemeanor counts of larceny. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
- Shaneria NaCole Smith, 20, of 207 Kirkwood Cir. in Gastonia was charged Sept. 13 with two misdemeanor counts of larceny. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
- Michelle Ann Chaple, 54, of 304 Vallerie Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 13 with one misdemeanor count of assault and battery. An unknown bond amount was set.
- James Norman Chaple Jr., 61, of 304 Vallerie Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 13 with one misdemeanor count of assault on a female. An unknown bond amount was set.
- Darrell Leon Mayberry, 35, of 409 Vermont Dr. in Gaffney, N.C., was charged Sept. 13 with one felony count of obtaining property by false pretenses. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
- Jordy Lamar Jefferies, 26, of 205 Mauney Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 13 with two felony counts of possession of stolen goods. A $2,500 secured bond was set.
- John J. Hackelman Jr., 45, of 1822 Woolie Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 13 with one misdemeanor count each of DWI, no operator’s license and turning right on red. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
- Amanda Shearer, 25, of 1468 Westdale Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 13 with one felony count of obtaining property by false pretenses and one misdemeanor count of larceny. A $3,000 secured bond was set.
- Taylor Jean Doster, 16, of 1106 Casar Lawndale Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 13 with one misdemeanor count of shoplifting/concealment of goods. An unknown bond amount was set.
The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following criminal summons:
- Jeanette Aguilar Holland, 26, of 3328 Tyringham Dr. in Crouse was served a criminal summons Sept. 12 for one count of simple assault.
