Criminal Charges 9-10-12

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

• Dennis John Wagner, 21, of 2246 Shady Pine Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 6 with one count of harassing phone/obscene call. A $2,500 bond was set.
• Hayley Danielle Dellinger, 28, of 1043 Cedar Grove Ch. Rd. in Vale was charged Sept. 6 with four counts of failure to appear. A $2,000 secured bond was set.
• Frank Eugene Smith Jr., 33, of 1391 Roseland Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 6 with one count of failure to comply. A $470 cash bond was set.
• Melisa Renee Moretz, 24, of 7868 Katherine Dr. in Denver was charged Sept. 6 with one count of driving while impaired. No bond was set.
• Amber Moore Robinson, 34, of 2947 Lee Ways Ln. in Denver was charged Sept. 6 with one count of simple assault. She was released on a written promise.

The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following arrests:

• Corey Austin Hale, 20, of 1313 Jaclyn Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 2 with one misdemeanor count each of second-degree trespassing and injury to personal property. A $500 secured bond was set.
• Rahim Jermaine Oates, 20, of 612 2nd St. SW in Conover, was charged Sept. 5 with  two felony counts each of breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, conspiracy, possession of stolen goods and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon. He was also charged with one count of probation violation. A $100,000 secured bond was set.
