Criminal Charges 9-7-12

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests

• Zachary Eugene Austin, 28, of 127 Valleydale Dr. in Gastonia was charged Sept. 4 with one count of driving while license revoked. A $500 bond was set.
• Jasmine Lee Marchetti, 22, of 338 Brook Hollow Rd. in Asheville was charged Sept. 4 with one count each of misdemeanor larceny and breaking and entering a building. No bond was set.
• Debbie Holloway Benge, 44, of 220 Rocky Ford Rd. in Roaring River, was charged Sept. 4 with one count of simple assault & battery or affray. No bond was set.
• Jamie Renee Lankford, 21, of 175 Austin Triplett Dr. in Moravian Falls, was charged Sept. 4 with one count each of parole violation, hit and run injury and driving while license revoked. No bond was set.
• Juliet Dula, 43, of 106 Free Mill Rd. in Hamlet, was charged Sept. 4 with one count each of possession with intent to manufacture, sell and distribute a schedule II controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor larceny and manufacture a schedule II controlled substance. No bond was set.
• Nicholas Anthony Borsello, 30, of 658 Jeff Kaylor Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 4 with one count of assault on a female. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
• Codie Bruce Schiene, 21, of 5731 Hornet Dr. in Charlotte was charged Sept. 4 with one count each of failure to appear and no financial responsibility. No bond was set.
• Jason Nathaniel Cornett, 38, of 1175 Birkdale Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 4 with three counts of failure to comply. A $300 cash bond was set.
• Rebecca Diane Beaver, 50, of 130 North Brook 3 School Rd. in Vale was charged Sept. 4 with one count each of injury to personal property and communicating threats. No bond was set.
• Joseph Ray Dills, 32, of 4026 Benny Shrum Ln. in Maiden was charged Sept. 5 with a count each of felony breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering and possessing stolen goods. A $10,000 bond was set.
• Reginald Antonia Roseboro, 45, of 2210 24th St. NE in Hickory was charged Sept. 5 with one count each of driving while impaired and driving while license revoked. A $10,000 bond was set.
• Colleen Marie Duffy, 46, of 176 Williams St. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 5 with one count of misdemeanor aiding and abetting. A $5,000 bond was set.
• Nathan Miles Self, 32, of 4026 Benny Shrum Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 5 with a count each of breaking or entering buildings generally, larceny after breaking and entering and possessing stolen goods. No bond was set.
• Kinja N. Elliott, 36, of 505 N. Flint St. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 5 with one count of non-support family. A cash bond was set.

The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following arrests:

• Carmen Lanette Etline, 28, of 37 Railroad St. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 2 with one felony count each of larceny, possession of stolen property and first-degree trespassing along with one misdemeanor count each of larceny and possession of stolen property. A $5,000 secured bond Jaclyn Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 2 with one misdemeanor count each of second-degree trespassing and injury to personal property. A $500 secured bond was set.
• Dennis Jerome Thomas, 21, of 6609 Buckskin Rd. in Vale was charged Sept. 2 with one misdemeanor count each of second-degree trespassing and injury to real property. A $500 secured bond was set.
• Ray Reese Greeson Jr., 64, of 213 Horseshoe Lake Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 3 with one misdemeanor each of second-degree trespassing. He was released on a written promise.
• Tammy G. Taylor, 40, of Arney St. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 3 with one misdemeanor count each of driving while license revoked, no liability insurance and displaying a revoked or suspended vehicle registration tag. A $500 secured bond was set.
• Jimmy Edward Icard, 41, of 1525 N. Aspen St. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 3 with one misdemeanor count of misuse of 911 system. A $2,500 secured bond was set.
• Steven Shawn Hamby, 24, of 421 N. Pine St. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 4 with one felony count of obtaining property by false pretenses. A $2,500 secured bond was set.
• Michael Glen Murphy, 42, of 726 Overlook Rd. in Lowell was charged Sept. 4 with one misdemeanor count of driving while impaired and driving left of center. A $1,000 unsecured bond was set.
• Brad Cornell Wilson, 19, of 901 E. Pine St. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 4 with one misdemeanor count of failure to comply-no operator’s license. A $290 secured bond was set.
• Brandon Lamont Odum, 21, of 129 Mauney Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 5 with two felony counts each of breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, conspiracy, possession of stolen goods and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon. He was also charged with one count of failure to comply-simple possession. A $75,320 secured bond was set.
• Rahim Jermaine Oates, 20, of 612 2nd St. SW in Conover, was charged Sept. 5 with  two felony counts each of breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, conspiracy, possession of stolen goods and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon. He was also charged with one count of probation violation. A $100,000 secured bond was set.
