Criminal charges — 9-5-12

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

• Donovan Kyle Ramseur, 20, of 4160 HE Propst Rd. in Maiden was charged Sept. 1 with one count of driving while license revoked. A $500 secured bond was set.
• Christopher Kelly Leonard, 42, of 7275 W. N.C. 27 in Vale was charged Sept. 1 with one count of assault inflicting serious injury or assault with a deadly weapon. No bond was set.
• Stephen Christian Burford, 44, of 214 Rock Ola Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 1 with one count of domestic violence protective order violation. An $8,000 bond was set.
• Marcus Ryan Henley, 18, of 480 N. Pilot Knob Rd. in Denver was charged Sept. 1 with one count of simple assault & battery or affray. No bond was set.
• Robert Denton, 18, of 4686 Klorissa Tr. in Alexis was charged Sept. 2 with two counts each of first-degree burglary and one count of resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer. A $30,000 secured bond was set.
• Jason Allen Hensley, 33, of 3370 Ginger Ln. in Maiden was charged Sept. 2 with one count each of injury to personal property, assault on a female by a male over 18 yrs. of age and resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer. A $500 secured bond was set.
• Edward Jerome Downs Jr., 23, of 104 Bryans Way in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 3 with one count of failure to appear. A $2,000 secured bond was set.
• Jason Edward Spivey, 33, of 2108 Bost St. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 3 with one count of simple assault (handicapped person). A $500 unsecured bond was set.
• Graham Nicholas Roberson Jr., 58, of 1499 Alberry Ave. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 3 with one count of simple assault. No bond was set.
