Criminal Charges — 7-11-12
The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
- Lisa Love Reynolds, 44, of 2480 Reepsville Rd. in Lincolnton was charged July 7 with one count each of using a telephone repeatedly for the purpose of annoying and simple assault along with two counts of using a telephone to threaten bodily harm. A $3,000 secured bond was set.

Michelle Nicole Alexander, 27, of 8486 Island Point Rd. in Sherrills Ford was charged July 7 with two counts of assault on a government official and one count each of concealment of merchandise, resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer and child abuse-a general misdemeanor. No bond was set.

Casey McSwain Dilling, 36, of 791 Springs East Rd. in Lincolnton was charged July 7 with seven counts of failure to appear and one count of probation violation. A $500 secured bond was set. A $2,000 bond was set for one count each of assault on a government official and resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer.

Richard Todd Hart, 48, of 2847 Hampton Rd. in Lincolnton was charged July 7 with one count of larceny. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

Cristy Lynn Beal, 33, of 206 Springs East Rd. in Lincolnton was charged July 7 with one count of possession of marijuana up to ½ ounce. A $300 secured bond was set.

George Allen Schmidt, 30, of 2237 Bynum Estates Rd. in Iron Station was charged July 8 with one count of manufacturing a schedule VI controlled substance. A $2,000 secured bond was set.

Ricardo Miguel Magallanes, 31, of 228 N. Lincoln St. in High Shoals was charged July 8 with one count of assault on a female. A $2,000 bond was set.

Jennifer Nicole Sigmon, 30, of 3536 Lee Moore Rd. in Maiden was charged July 9 with two counts each of possession with intent to manufacture, sell and distribute a schedule I controlled substance and selling or delivering a schedule I controlled substance along with three counts of trafficking heroin. A $100,000 bond was set.

Keith Alan Blakely, 33, of 2590 Tin Mine Rd. in Lincolnton was charged July 9 with one count each of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, injury to personal property, misdemeanor larceny and harassing phone/obscene call. No bond was set.

Vannessa Shai Bolch, 21, of 1235 W. Hwy. 150 in Lincolnton was charged July 6 with one felony count of financial card theft and three felony counts of obtaining property by false pretenses. A $3,000 secured bond was set.

Heather Cook, 24, of 115 Shytle Rd. in Lawndale was charged July 6 with one misdemeanor count of worthless check. A $500 secured bond was set.

Teresa Darlene Oxendine, 44, of 724 N. Aspen St. in Lincolnton was charged July 8 with one count each of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer. A $5,000 secured bond was set.

Kenneth Franklin Oxendine, 37, of 724 N. Aspen St. in Lincolnton was charged July 8 with one count each of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
- Gerald Edward Higgins, 54, whose address is unknown, was charged July 9 with one count of public assist. Bond amount is unknown.
