Criminal Charges 6-20-12

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

• Daniel Scott Moore, 28, of 2031 Alexis Lucia Rd. in Stanley was charged June 16 with one count of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
• Bobby Dean Rinck, 59, of 752 Springs East Rd. in Lincolnton was charged June 16 with one count each of no operator’s license and possessing stolen goods. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
• Billy Ray Galloway, 28, of 3330 St. James Ch. Rd. in Denver was charged June 16 with one count each of possession of drug paraphernalia, second-degree trespassing and misdemeanor breaking and entering a building. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
• Kenneth David Wray, 34, of 3328 Falcon Ridge Rd. in Maiden was charged June 16 with two counts of assault on a female and one count each of assault on a government official and resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer. A $6,500 secured bond was set.
• Jacob Steven Penley, 25, of 3256 Blue Creek Rd. in Lenior was charged June 17 with one count of concealment of merchandise. An $800 bond was set.
• James Lee Rankin Jr., 31, of 302 Ramseur Rd. in Maiden was charged June 17 with two counts of failure to appear. He was also served a true bill indictment for two counts of a charge unknown at time of publication. A $4,800 bond was set.
• Crystal Gail Hullender, 35, of 6647 Charleston Tr. in Cherryville was charged June 17 with one count each of simple assault. A $5,000 bond was set.
• Cory Michael Taylor, 24, of 1677 Green Acres Rd. in Lincolnton was charged June 17 with one count of failure to appear. A $1,000 bond was set.
• Shannon Michelle Harris, 34, of 6310 Burnhurst Ln. in Denver was charged June 18 with one count of possession with intent to manufacture a schedule I controlled substance. No bond was set.
• Kerry Glenn Phinx, 45, of 6433 McIntosh Rd. in Stanley was charged June 18 with three counts of resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer and one count each of failure to comply and assault on a government official. A $374 bond was set.
• Allen Keith Haas, 35, of 1780 Ivey Ch. Rd. 1 in Maiden was charged June 18 with one count of non-support family. A cash bond was set.
• Eric Bernard Ramseur, 40, of 1805 Tomes Rd. in Lincolnton was charged June 18 with three counts of non-support family. A $750 cash bond was set.
• Jerry Dean Mayne, 49, of 102 Carolyn Cir. in Gastonia was charged June 18 with one count of failure to appear. No bond was set.
• Ryne Dion Forte, 20, of 240 Dublin St. in Athens, Ga., was charged June 18 with four counts of failure to appear and two counts of probation violation. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
• James Daniel Tench, 24, of 164 Del Mar Rd. in Lincolnton was charged June 18 with two counts each of felony breaking and entering a building and larceny after breaking and entering along with one count each of felony larceny and obtaining property by false pretenses. A $2,000 secured bond was set.
• David Polk, 31, of 1463 Furnace Rd. in Lincolnton was charged June 19 with one count of failure to appear. No bond was set.

The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following arrests:

• Jeremias Perez Hernandes, 31, of 1925 Woolie St. in Lincolnton was charged June 14 with one count of failure to appear. A $300 secured bond was set.
• Christopher Douglas Brown, 20, of 1100 Jason St. in Bessemer City was charged June 16 with one misdemeanor count of simple assault. An $800 unsecured bond was set.
• Candace Short Powell, 28, of 934 W. Hwy. 150 in Lincolnton was charged June 16 with one misdemeanor count each of communicating threats and injury to personal property. A $2,500 unsecured bond was set.
• Travis Sherron Nixon, 33, of 513 S. Laurel St. in Lincolnton was charged June 16 with one misdemeanor count of communicating threats and assault on a female. No bond was set.
• Emily Ann Dill, 44, of 949 Rosebury Ln. in Lincolnton was charged June 17 with one misdemeanor count of domestic violence protective order violation. No bond was set.
• Terry Dean McLain Jr., 39, of 1251 Janice Rd. in Lincolnton was charged June 17 with one misdemeanor count of driving while license revoked. A $500 secured bond was set.
• Julissa Lizet Andres, 36, of 752 Mace Ln. in Lincolnton was charged June 17 with one misdemeanor count of no operator’s license. A $500 unsecured bond was set.
• David Allen Shumaker, 51, who’s address is unknown, was charged June 17 with one misdemeanor count each of larceny, possession of stolen goods and resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer. A $1,500 secured bond was set.

The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following criminal summons:

• Daniel Richard Stroupe, 24, of 4627 King Wilkinson Rd. in Denver received a criminal summons June 14 for one misdemeanor count of harassing phone call.
