Criminal Charges — 6/11/12

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

• Seth Ross Seeber, 24, of 720 Clarks Creek Rd. in Lincolnton was charged June 6 with two counts of failure to appear and one count of failure to comply. A $1,245 cash bond was set.
• Dwyane Bercell Sledge Jr., whose age is unknown, of 313 E. Jennings St. in Lincolnton was charged June 6 with one count of contempt of court / violating court orders. No bond was set.
• Terry Lee Hamilton, 52, of 976 Ivey Ch. Rd. in Lincolnton was charged June 6 with one count of driving while impaired. No bond was set.
• Ronnie Lee Whitlock Jr., 42, of 2189 Otis Dellinger Rd. in Lincolnton was charged June 6 with one count of domestic violence protective order violation. A $1,000 bond was set.
• Matthew Ezekiel Stager, 40, of 110 JD Walker St. in Raleigh, Nev., was charged June 6 with one count of failure to register as a sex offender. A $25,000 secured bond was set.
• Dana Denise Garr, 29, of 339 Car Farm Rd. in Lincolnton was charged June 6 with one count each of probation violation, possession with intent to manufacture a schedule I controlled substance and possession of a schedule II controlled substance. A $15,000 secured bond was set.
• Janelia C. Reinhardt, 67, of 4539 Cat Square Rd. in Vale was charged June 6 with two counts of worthless check. No bond was set.
• Rashon Kaihil Jones, 19, of 1015 George Brown Rd. in Crouse was charged June 6 with one count of vandalism-injury to real property. No bond was set.
• Cory Michael Taylor, 24, of 1677 Green Acres Rd. in Lincolnton was charged June 7 with one count of resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer. A $500 secured bond was set.
• Davon Malcom Woodard, 19, of 6268 Sherwood Ln. in Denver was charged June 7 with one count of common law robbery. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
• Derek Allen Williams, 25, of 3006 Lee Lawing Rd. in Lincolnton was charged June 7 with one count of resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer. A $500 secured bond was set.
• Diana Nicole Starnes, 20, of 1288 Billess Ct. in Lincolnton was charged June 7 with one count each of possession of drug paraphernalia, consuming alcohol under age 21. A $600 bond was set.
• Reginald Duncan Anderson Jr., 23, of 3021 Brady Hoffman Rd. in High Shoals was charged June 7 with one count of probation violation, for which a $10,000 bond was set. He also charged June 8 with one count each of communicating threats and domestic violence protective order, for which no bond was set.
• Lesslie Lee Bolin, 40, of 7340 Hallman Mill Rd. in Vale was charged June 7 with one count each of insurance fraud and obtaining property by false pretenses. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
• Brandy Wynell Cress, 37, of 7340 Hallman Mill Rd. in Vale was charged June 7 with one count each of insurance fraud, worthless check, obtaining property by false pretenses and misdemeanor larceny. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
• Kenneth Lee Rinck Sr., 38, of 284 Hilltop Rd. in Lincolnton was charged June 7 with one count of failure to comply. No bond was set.
• Melissa Mae Wilkins, 18, of Rolling View Ln. / Anderson Mt. Rd. was charged June 7 with one count each of disorderly conduct (non-specific) disturbing the peace and resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer. A $500 secured bond was set.
• Barry Lee McMahon, 18, of 4697 Saddleview Ct. in Maiden was charged June 7 with one count each of no financial responsibility, displaying an expired registration plate, no operator’s license and consuming an alcoholic beverage under age 21. A $1,000 bond was set.
• Veronica Michelle Furr, 43, of 308 Elizabeth Dr. in Gastonia was charged June 8 with two counts of second-degree trespassing. A $300 bond was set.
• Rodney Hardin Furr, 46, of 308 Elizabeth Dr. in Gastonia was charged June 8 with one count each of failure to appear, possessing stolen goods and second-degree trespassing. A $30,000 secured bond was set.
• Rebeccah Enid Rivera, 20, of 3918 Frontier Ln. 3 in Lincolnton was charged June 8 with one count of driving while license revoked or suspended. A $300 secured bond was set.
• Coley Monroe Jones, 16, of 2567 Lincoln Park St. in Lincolnton was charged June 8 with one count of possessing a schedule IV controlled substance. A $500 secured bond was set.
• Kelsey Nicole Duncan, 20, of 2766 St. Marks Ch. Rd. in Lincolnton was charged June 8 with one count each of possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, possession of marijuana up to ½ ounce and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following arrests:

• Frances Rene Blancher, 42, of 1378 N.C. 182 / 102 A St. in Lincolnton was charged June 6 with one misdemeanor count of assault. A $1,500 secured bond was set.
• Frank Eugene Smith, 33, of 1331 Roseland Dr. in Lincolnton was charged June 6 with two misdemeanor counts of failure to comply with costs. A $745 secured bond was set.
• Michael Lee Sigmon, 39, of 516 Grier St. in Lincolnton was charged June 6 with one felony count each of breaking and entering and larceny. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
• Amy Morrison Carter, 44, of 792 Clarks Creek Rd. in Lincolnton was charged June 7 with one misdemeanor count of simple assault. No bond was set.
• James Andrew Schronce, 22, of 2180 Dale Ave. in Lincolnton was charged June 7 with one misdemeanor count of communicating threats. A $2,500 secured bond was set.
