Criminal Charges 3-7-12

The Lincolnton Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

• David Austin Williams, 20, of 5337 Antler Dr. in Iron Station was charged March 3 with one count of injury to personal property. A $1,000 bond was set.
• Michael Jermaine Wright, 39, of 6035 Gilbert Hilton Rd. in Vale was charged March 3 with one count of failure to comply. A $3,905.77 cash bond was set.
• Roy Scott Heafner, 39, of 1039 Monterey Dr. in Iron Station was charged March 3 with one count of false report to police radio broadcasting station. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
• Travis Lee Eakes, 20, of 739 Glenn St. in Lincolnton was charged March 3 with one count of vandalism-injury to real property. A $500 secured bond was set.
• Crystal Michelle Cook, 35, of 659 Flower Ln. in Lincolnton was charged March 3 with one count of sale of alcoholic beverages to anyone under 21 years. A $500 secured bond was set.
• James Blair Cheeks Jr., of 2582 Keener Rd. in Lincolnton was charged March 3 with one count of misdemeanor larceny. A $2,500 secured bond was set.
• Robert James Carroll, 32, of 2316 Southside Rd. in Lincolnton was charged March 3 with one count of injury to personal property. No bond was set.
• Derrick Michael Reid, 21, of 1398 Meandering Ln. in Lincolnton was charged March 3 with one count each of simple assault & battery or affray, simple assault and communicating threats. No bond was set.
• Bryan Matthew Marshall, 23, of 2316 Southside Ch. Rd. in Lincolnton was charged March 3 with one count of simple assault & battery or affray. No bond was set.
• Randall Lee Head, 49, 3072 Bethany Ch. Rd. in Claremont was charged March 4 with one count of failure to comply. A $445 secured bond was set.
• Samantha Hayes Sizemore, 36, of 3005 Drake Dr. in Stanley was charged March 4 with one count each of second-degree trespass and felony larceny. A $1,500 secured bond was set.
• Jonathan Lindsey Sizemore, 33, of 3005 Drake Dr. in Stanley was charged March 4 with one count each of second-degree trespass and felony larceny. A $1,500 secured bond was set.
• Sharon Michelle Withers, 39, of 2242 Catawba Heights Rd. 1401 in Lincolnton was charged March 4 with two counts of worthless check. No bond was set.
• Billie Michelle Ledford, 37, of 5820 Kaylas Ridge Rd. in Connelly Springs was charged March 4 with one count of worthless check. No bond was set.
• Bradley Lamont Clark, 28, of 485 Mt Vernon Ch. Rd. in Iron Station was charged March 4 with one count of failure to appear. No bond was set.
• Mae Finger Forney, 62, of 1512 Westdale Ln. in Lincolnton was charged March 4 with one count of worthless check. No bond was set.
• Angela Nicole Stewart, 30, of 507 Park Dr. in Cherryville was charged March 5 with one count of financial transaction-card and two counts of obtaining property by false pretenses. No bond was set.
• Christopher John Barrett, 26, of 5730 Fallston Rd. 11 in Lawndale was charged March 5 with three counts of failure to comply. A $587.50 bond was set.
• Kimberly Hamm Ferrell, 39, of 1116 Mountainbrook Dr. in Clover, S.C., was charged March 5 with one count of fraud-identity theft and obtaining property by false pretenses. A $9,999 bond was set.

The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following arrests:

• William Michael Moore, 38, of 22 Circle Dr. in Lincolnton was charged March 3 with one misdemeanor count each of failure to stop for blue light/siren and illegal passing. A $500 unsecured bond was set.
• David Austin Williams, 20, of 5337 Antler Rd. in Iron Station was charged March 3 with one misdemeanor count of damage to property. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
• Shaun Christopher Cherry, 31, of 110 Belmar Rd. in Kings Mountain, was charged March 4 with one misdemeanor count of failure to appear for driving while license revoked. A $365 secured bond was set.
• Johnny Joe Warlick, 38, of 1984 Bill Lynch Rd. in Vale was charged March 5 with one misdemeanor count each of driving while license revoked and driving while impaired. An $800 unsecured bond was set.
