Criminal Charges 2-13-12

 

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

James Leonard Lyons, 60, of 6791 Executive Dr. in Denver was charged Feb. 8 with one-count of failure to appear. A $10,000 secured bond was set.

Tiewon Saheed Miller, 22, of 699 Allen Creek Rd. in Statesville was charged Feb. 8 with one-count of probation violation. No bond was set.

Robert Goodson, 76, of 2345 Brookwood Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 8 with one-count of second-degree trespass. No bond was set.

Anthony Jwan Farley, 31, of 163 Kellom Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 9 with one-count of assault on a female. No bond was set.

Shannon Wayne Webb, 38, of 8314 Striper Cove Ln. in Denver was charged Feb. 9 with one-count of non-support family. A $1,000 bond was set.

Anthony DeWayne Cox, 43, of 6835 Sain Milling Rd. in Vale was charged Feb. 9 with one-count each of harassing phone/obscene call and misdemeanor larceny. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

Maria Braddy Curtis, 40, of 108 Chippawa Dr. in Dallas was charged Feb. 9 with two-counts of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.

Joshua David Walker, 26, of 818 E. Main St. was charged Feb. 9 with one-count of failure to comply. A $585 cash bond was set.

Courtney Skylar Fleming, 409 W. Water St. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 9 with one-count each of probation violation. No bond was set.

Christopher Scott Withers, 28, of 1788 Drew Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 9 with one-count each of felony larceny and injury to real property. A $5,000 secured bond was set.

Deborah Lynn Ford, 42, of 540 Lyles Pond Rd. in Rutherfordton was charged Feb. 9 with two-counts of probation violation. A $20,000 bond was set.

Samantha Smith Buckwell, 30, of 1976 Leonhardt Rd. in Cherryville was charged Feb. 9 with one-count of probation violation. No bond was set.

Matthew Tyler Straughan, 22, of 1712 Salem Church Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 9 with one-count of probation violation. No bond was set.

Scottie Lee Turner, 36, of 214 Rock Creek Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 9 with five counts each of financial identity fraud and obtaining property by false pretenses, two-counts of larceny and one-count of possessing stolen goods. No bond was set.

Glenn Wilson Smith Jr., 46, of 1833 Drew Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 9 with four-counts of failure to comply and one-count each of felony larceny, injury to real property and failure to appear. A $295 secured bond was set.

David Michael Henry, 30, of 16 E. J. St. in Maiden was charged Feb. 9 with one-count each of felony larceny and injury to real property. A $5,000 secured bond was set.

Henry Luis Fell, 21, of 2661 Hallman Dr. in Crouse was charged Feb. 10 with one-count each of injury to real property and injury to personal property. A $5,000 bond was set.

Marla Kay Potter Davis, 31, of 3312 Anderson Mountain Rd. in Maiden was charged Feb. 8 with one-count of cruelty to animals. No bond was set.

The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following arrests:

James Christopher Coleman, 40, of 2914 Gates Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 6 with one misdemeanor count of simple possession of a schedule IV substance. A $1,000 unsecured bond was set.

Daniel Lee Grubbs, 31, of 2672 Sorrells Baxter Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 6 with one misdemeanor count of failure to appear. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

Allison Canipe Danner, 32, of 1478 Smith Farm Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 7 with one misdemeanor count each of larceny and worthless check. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

Khalid Kristian Poole, 17, of 1314 Worthington Place in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 8 with two misdemeanor counts of failure to appear for communicating threats. A $600 secured bond was set.
