Criminal Charges 2-6-12

 

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests:

Shanda Dianne Cauthen, 27, of 161 Lilly Tr. H in Denver was charged Feb. 2 with one-count of failure to appear. A $10,000 secured bond was set.

Donna Hager Dennis, 51, of 860 Armstrong Ln. in Denver was charged Feb. 2 with one-count of failure to appear. A $2,000 secured bond was set.

Marcus Eric Ritchie, 28, of 2278 Brevard Place Rd. in Iron Station was charged Feb. 2 with one-count each of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/distribute a schedule I controlled substance and sell/deliver a schedule I controlled substance. A $10,000 secured bond was set.

Reco Ricardo Cureton, 40, of 16001 Statesville Rd. in Huntersville was charged Feb. 2 with one-count each of surrender of surety. He was also served a true bill of indictment for charges unavailable at time of publication. A $49,000 secured bond was set.

Rocci Leon Jackson Jr., 24, of 507 Red. St. in Lincolnton was served a true bill of indictment Feb. 2 for charges unavailable at time of publication. A $6,000 secured bond was set.

Monica Lyn Surrett, 29, of 3334 Stubs Pl. in Maiden was charged Feb. 2 with two-counts of failure to appear. A $300 secured bond was set.

Grady Adam Allen, 29, of 1391 Goldrock Tr. in Maiden was charged Feb. 2 with one-count each of assault on a female, possession of marijuana up to ½ ounce and possession of drug paraphernalia along with two-counts of simple assault. No bond was set.

Benjamin Wade Craig, 39, of 7775 Marlett Ln. in Sherrills Ford was served a true bill of indictment Feb. 2 for charges unavailable at time of publication. No bond was set.

Jay Tyler Goodman, 21, of 819 Hunting Ave. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 2 for two-counts of assault on a female by a male over 18 yrs. of age. No bond was set.

Danny Delgado, 31, of 423 Rock Barn Rd. in Conover was charged Feb. 2 with one-count of simple assault & battery or affray. No bond was set.

Donald Aaron Robinson, 27, of 1841 Bill Lynch Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 2 with one-count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. No bond was set.

Eric Shannon West, 19, of 1247 8th Ave. SE in Hickory was charged Feb. 3 with one-count of failure to comply. A $150 bond was set.

Jackie Lee Herman, 35, of 1202 Highland Bluff Ct. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 3 with one-count of failure to appear. A $500 bond was set.

The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following arrests:

 Bradley Clifford Hunter, 25, of 310 Newcastle Ave. in Lincolnton, was charged Feb. 2 with one misdemeanor count of larceny. A $300 bond was set.

April Michelle Smith, 27, of 205 N. Government St. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 2 with one misdemeanor count of simple possession of a schedule VI controlled substance. She was also served a true bill of indictment for charges not available at time of publication. A $42,000 secured bond was set.

Autumn Nicole McCurry, 18, of 266 Dirty Ankle Rd. in Lawndale was charged Feb. 2 with one misdemeanor count of larceny. A $1,000 unsecured bond was set.

Lisa Edwards Holtsclaw, 37, of 330 D. St. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 2 with one misdemeanor count of threatening phone call. A $500 unsecured bond was set.
