Giles Langdon Martin, 54, of 1443 Zircon Ln. in Iron Station was charged Dec. 31 with one-count each of driving while impaired, careless and reckless driving, failure to stop for a siren, driving left of center, possession of a controlled substance on premises of a penal institution and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $1,000 bond was set.
Jimmy Franklin Walker, Sr., 63, of 3544 Toth Ln. in Crouse was charged Dec. 31 with one felony count of breaking and entering a building. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
Tyrone James Guiles, 20, of 3011 Beard Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 31 with one-count of consuming an alcoholic beverage under age 21. He was released on a written promise.
Candace Banks Moore, 27, of 5027 Lineberger Loop Rd. in Denver was charged Jan. 1 with one-count each of intoxicated and disruptive, resist, delay and obstruct a public officer. A $500 bond was set.
