Criminal Charges 1-2-12

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests:

Tony Everett Carpenter, 54, of 384 Howards Creek School Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 28 with one-count of assault on female. A $500 secured bond was set.

Dustin Gene Scott, 22, of 137 Blue Tick Ln. in Dallas was charged Dec. 28 with one-count each of failure to appear and breaking and entering a vehicle-RR cars/other motor vehicles, financial transaction card takes/obtains, financial identity fraud and obtaining property by false pretenses.  A $10,000 secured bond was set.

Chris Carl Lee, 28, of 1042 Mt. Crest Dr. in Kings Mountain was charged Dec. 28 with one-count each of hit-and-run property damage and careless and reckless driving. A $300 bond was set.

David Alexander Beatty, 28, of 6351 Sherwood Ln. in Denver was charged Dec. 28 with one-count each of misdemeanor larceny and larceny from merchant. No bond was set.

Keith Dwayne Dellinger, 33, of 1813 Hwy 150 East in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 29 with one-count of probation violation. No bond was set.
