Criminal Charges 12-09-11

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests:

Dianne Finger Wilson, 57, of 2604 Laboratory Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 6 with one count of failure to appear. A $1,000 unsecured bond was set.

Pamela Carpenter Nixon, 45, of 4500 Ritchie Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 6 with one count each of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance Schedule II and possession of controlled substance Schedule VI. A $6,000 secured bond was set.

Cameron Lamar Galbreath, 20, of 1139 E. Pine St. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 6 with one count of failure to appear. A $300 secured bond was set.

Desaray Deon Stallings, 31, of 532 8th Ave. in Maiden was charged Dec. 6 with one count of failure to appear. A $600 secured bond was set.

Jesus Martinez, 21, of 4413 N. Sharon Amity in Charlotte was charged Dec. 6 with receiving or transferring stolen vehicles. A $5,000 bond was set.

Dutch Douglas Heafner Jr., 55, of 472 Dave Peterson Ln. in Vale was charged Dec. 6 with two counts of failure to appear. A $1,500 secured bond was set.

David Brent Lynch, 38, of 1150 Rosehill Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 6 with two counts of failure to appear. A $10,000 secured bond was set.

Wayne Erick Cummines, 31, of 2896 Sweeping Pine Dr. in Denver was charged Dec. 6 with one count of probation violation. No bond was set.

Benny Lee Stansford, 38, of 831 E. Pine St. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 6 with one count of carrying concealed weapons. No bond was set.

Bobby Carroll Lovelace, 62, of 209 E. Dixon St. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 6 with one count each of worthless check and failure to appear. No bond was set.

Jeremy Steven Seagle, 34, of 297 Kerr St. in Concord was charged Dec. 7 with one count of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver controlled substance Schedule I. A $10,000 bond was set.
