Fit Dimension is celebrating their 11-year anniversary and is opening their doors to the local community.
During the week of Aug. 30 through Sept. 4, the community can come and experience a the facility for free. This is being done also in honor of the great athletes of the Olympic games.
Local doctors, a research doctor from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, an exercise physiologist and alternative medicine professionals will be there during the week to provide the latest health information, demonstrations and workshops.
A schedule of events can be picked up at the front counter of the gym or log onto their Web site at www.fitdimension.net.
There will also be a big party on Thursday, Sept. 2 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. in their parking lot with free food, live entertainment and prizes. Fit Dimension is located at 3273 N.C. 16. For more information call 704-483-3188. by Staff Reports
