Criminal Charges— 10-4-17

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

  • Joseph Robert Bayer, 57, of 3165 Holly Berry Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 27 with one count of non-support family. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Miranda Robin Starkey, 30, of 6530 Emerald Isle Dr. in Sherrill’s Ford was charged Sept. 27 with two counts of failure to appear and one count of probation violation. A $22,000 secured bond was set.
  • Marvin Tracy Izard, 48, of 864 Car Farm Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 27 with one count each of assault on a female by a male over 18 years of age and contempt of court/violating orders of court. A $3,000 secured bond was set.
  • Brittany Leigh Grant, 30, of 3145 Bittersweet Tr. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 28 with one count each of larceny and possessing stolen goods.
  • Kristina Shettey, 45, of 2664 Startown Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 28 with one count of failure to appear.
  • William Buster McCarter, 33, of 848 W. NC Hwy. 27 in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 28 with one count of harassing phone call.
  • Ruth Ann Richards, 41, of 239 Central Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 28 with one count of aggravated assault on a handicapped person.
  • Michael Shane Pegram, 43, of 869 Salem Church Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 29 with one count of failure to appear. A $30,000 secured bond was set.
  • Leo Ross Kendall, 23, of 1668 Oak Park Ct. in Iron Station was charged Sept. 29 with one count of failure to appear. A $500.00 secured bond was set.
  • Edward Fitzgerald Mason, 43, of 159 Young Ave. SW. in Concord was charged Sept. 29 with one count of non-support family. A $2,000 cash bond was set.
  • Brady Jones Hoffman IV, 35, of 1176 York Dale Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 29 with one count each of failure to comply, driving while license revoked and failure to see before changing lanes. A $605.00 secured bond was set.
  • Shane Lewis Hamrick, 35, of 2456 North Olivers Crossroads in Newton was charged Sept. 30 with one count each of possession of a schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
  • Katherine Leah Cooper, 25, of 11946 Snapping Turtle Ln. in Huntersville was charged Sept. 30 with one count each of possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, possessing drug equipment/paraphernalia and displaying an expired registration plate. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Domonick Narada McKenzie, 30, of 8036 McGarry Trl. in Charlotte was charged Sept. 30 with two counts of resisting/delaying/obstructing a public officer; one count each of displaying an expired registration plate, no financial responsibility, inspection- vehicle equipment inspection required, driving while license suspended or revoked and failure to stop at a red light/stop sign. A $3,000 secured bond was set.
  • Johnny Lee Finandis, 69, of 5852 Aster Ln. in Stanley was charged Sept. 30 with one count each of injury to real property, injury to personal property, misdemeanor breaking and entering a building and first degree trespassing.
  • Crystal Amanda Pinkerton, 37, of 2320 Devine Rd. in Iron station was charged Sept. 30 with one count of unauthorized use of a vehicle.
  • Zackary Ray Dellinger, 19, of 832 Monterey Dr. in Iron Station was charged Sept. 30 with one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
