Lincoln Charter School Band, Lincolnton campus will host a “Night at the Movies” concert in the Lincoln Charter School Elementary gym, located at 133 Eagle Nest Rd. in Lincolnton at 6:30 p.m. The Disney movie “Moana” will be shown following the concert. Pizza, popcorn and drinks will be available for purchase. All proceeds benefit the LCS band. Cost is $5.
McKendree UMC, located at 3537 Maiden Hwy. in Lincolnton will host a Sunday luncheon with meatloaf and chicken pot pie from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. An $8 donation is requested.
The Lincoln County Apple Festival is seeking original designs for the official 2017 Apple Festival t-shirt for Lincoln County residents only with a top prize of $200 top prize.
