Criminal Charges

The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following arrests:

Marvin Glenn Farris, 51, of 143 Williams Street in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 1 with one misdemeanor count of assault on a female. An unknown bond amount was set.
Shaniqua Montae Jeffries, 25, of 2323 Pleasant Grove Church Road in Crouse was charged Oct. 1 with one misdemeanor count each of driving while license revoked and expired registration. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
Perry Bryant, 49, address unknown, was charged Oct. 1 with one misdemeanor count of trespassing. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
Deontae Sowell, 21, of 202 Hubbard Street in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 2 with one misdemeanor count each of assault on a female and communicating threats. Bond in the form of a written promise was set.
Reginald Eugene Jones, 46, of 1114 South Aspen Street in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 2 with two misdemeanor counts of failure to appear. A $3,000 secured bond was set.
F.E. Richard, III, 26, of 720 Catawba Street in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 3 with one misdemeanor count of aiding and abetting larceny. A $250 unsecured bond was set.
Justin Trey Brown, 29, of 306 Little Street in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 3 with one count of failure to comply. A $485 cash bond was set.
Katherine Regina Capps, 52, of 226 W. Pine Street in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 4 with one misdemeanor count of misuse of 911. A $500 secured bond was set.
Frantina Shekita Love, 23, of 1003 12 St. Dr. SW 4 in Hickory was charged Oct. 4 with one misdemeanor count of larceny. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
Ronald Clinton Alwran, Sr., 52, of 1211 Mt. Holly Road in Charlotte was charged Oct. 4 with one misdemeanor count of injury to real property. An unknown bond amount was set.
Randall Lopez Arias, 44, of 1697 Woolly Road in Lincolnton was served Oct. 5 with one misdemeanor order for arrest. A $580 secured bond was set.
Edward Shane Johnson, 40, of 501 Sherrill Avenue in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 5 with one misdemeanor count of communicating threats. A $500 unsecured bond was set.

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

James Leon Biddix, 72, of 13 Circle Drive in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 3 with one count of failure to appear. An unknown bond amount was set.
Lena Deathe Abernethy, 45, of 6199 W. Highway 27 in Vale was charged Oct. 3 with one count of failure to appear. A $300 secured bond was set.
Vernon Hubert Boyles, 82, of 5433 W. Highway 27 in Vale was charged Oct. 4 with one count of misuse of the 911 emergency telephone systems. An unknown bond amount was set.
John Francis Montoya, 24, of 3306 Eastover Ridge Drive 318 in Charlotte was charged Oct. 4 with one count of driving while impaired. A $500 secured bond was set.
Ricky Nelson Denny, Jr., 22, of 6070 Bill Sain Road in Vale was charged Oct. 4 with one count of failure to comply. A $425 cash bond was set.
Joseph Scott Cirillo, 18, of 1147 Foxberry Road in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 5 with one count of consuming alcoholic beverages under the age of 21. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
Sage Michael Carvill, 19, of 1282 Bolton Road in Catawba was charged Oct. 5 with one count each of possession of marijuana exceeding half an ounce and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $500 secured bond was set.
Larry Steve Snipes, 61, of 7648 Garners Ferry Road in Columbia, South Carolina was charged Oct. 5 with one count of driving while impaired. A $3,000 bond was set.
Beth Leigh Griggs, 36, of 1958 Lance Lane in Vale was charged Oct. 5 with one count of failure to comply and two counts each of probation violation and failure to appear. A $15,000 bond was set.
Dawn Elizabeth Howe, 47, of 845 Carolina Mills Circle in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 6 with one count of communicating threats and two counts of failure to appear. A $265 secured bond was set.
Carl Lloyd Almany, III, 21, of Knoll Drive in Vale was charged Oct. 6 with one count of breaking and entering a vehicle and two counts each of probation violation and failure to appear. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
Michael Ray Hudson, 50, of 64 Fitcher Street in Houston, Texas was charged Oct. 6 with one count of harassing phone call. An unknown bond amount was set.
Tyrone Javod Rendleman, 29, of 863 Ada Bill Lane in Iron Station was charged Oct. 6 with one count of failure to appear. An unknown bond amount was set.
Carl Lloyd Almany, Jr., 45, of Grand Point Lane in Vale was charged Oct. 6 with one count of communicating threats, three counts each of assault on a government official and resist, delay or obstruct a public officer and two counts of assault on a female by a male over 18 years of age. An unknown bond amount was set.
Julie Hannah, 22, of 709 E. Catawba Street in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 6 with one count of failure to comply. An unknown bond amount was set.
Courtney Michelle Beard, 20, of 3873 Estelle Lane in Iron Station was charged Oct. 6 with one count of larceny by servants or other employees.
A $4,000 secured bond was set.
Larry Germaine Gibbs, 30, of 2645 Painter Lane in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 6 with one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. An $80,000 secured bond was set.
Richard Allen Hable, 46, of 7501 Bondhaven Drive in Charlotte was charged Oct. 6 with one count of non-support of family. A $750 bond was set.
Phyllis Walker, 66, of 2499 Carol Drive in Stanley was charged Oct. 6 with two counts of worthless check. An unknown bond amount was set.
James Hardinson, 56, of 2803 Jenkins Road in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 6 with one count of assault inflicting serious injury. An unknown bond amount was set.
Sharnetta Meche Jeffries, 29, of 496 Harolds Lane in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 6 with two counts of failure to appear. An unknown bond amount was set.
Adrian Thomas Smith, 30, of 711 Rufus Road in Denver was charged Oct. 6 with two counts non-support of family. A $350 cash bond was set.
Cameron Jarell Friday, 22, of 1681 Highway 73 in Iron Station was charged Oct. 6 with one count each of simple assault and battery or affray and communicating threats. An unknown bond amount was set.
