Roseboro commits to Michigan

The biggest recruit in Lincolnton High football history will play his college football in the sport’s largest venue.
In a gym packed with classmates, educators, family and friends, four-star Wolves defensive end Darian Roseboro committed to play for the University of Michigan during a pep rally at the school on Friday.
Roseboro said it was the Wolverines’ coaching staff, his ability to play right away, and the fact he’ll play his home games in a stadium that holds nearly 110,000 fans as reasons he chose Michigan over N.C. State, North Carolina, Alabama, Clemson and Tennessee.
For more on Roseboro’s decision, see Monday’s edition of the Lincoln Times-News.
