Criminal Charges 7-18-14

The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following arrests:

Elizabeth Icenhour York, 50, of 578 Calvary Church Road in Lincolnton was charged July 14 one felony count attempting to obtain property by false pretenses and one misdemeanor count each larceny and possession of stolen goods. A $2500 secured bond was set.
Daniel Brent Lail, 29, of 7221 RH Road in Hickory was charged July 14 with one misdemeanor count each larceny, shoplifting or concealing goods and possession of stolen goods. A $3000 secured bond was set.
Caleb Alan Dills, 18, of 1881 Highland Bluff Court was charged July 14 with one misdemeanor count each communicating threats and first degree trespass. A $4000 secured bond was set.
Phillip Harris Scott, 29, of 122 D Street in Lincolnton was charged July 15 with one misdemeanor count each assault inflicting serious injury and assault on a female. An unknown bond amount was set.
Nicole Tunis Jones, 18, of 308 Lantern Ridge Drive was charged July 14 with one misdemeanor count assault and battery. An unknown bond amount was set.
Darren Todd Ramsey, 18, of 119 Canebreak Court in Dallas was charged July 14 with one misdemeanor count of assault on a female. An unknown bond amount was set.
Amy Lynn Daniels, 35, of 122 D Street in Lincolnton was charged July 15 with one misdemeanor count of assault and battery. An unknown bond amount was set.
Brandon Tyler Hulon, 20, of 338 Turner Street in Lincolnton was charged July 16 with misdemeanor cyberstalking. A $1000 secured bond was set.

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

Tero Henderson, 38, of 3214 Burbank Drive in Charlotte was charged July 14 with one count each no financial responsibility and display expired registration plate. An unknown bond was set.
Marcus Travero Bynum, 40, of 2101 Custer Street in Charlotte was charged July 14 with one count driving while license revoked. A $300 bond was set.
Perry Reanus Bryant, 48, of 2205 Arney Street in Lincolnton was charged July 14 with one count each possess control substance schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $500 secured bond was set.
Randy Lee Rinck Jr, 37, of 2199 Buffalo Shoals Road in Lincolnton was charged July 14 with one count possess control substance schedule I. An unknown bond was set.
Aaron La-Montee Fauntleroy, 23, of 939 Moorland Lane in Lincolnton was charged July 14 with one count of communicating threats. An unknown bond was set.
Juan Carlos Soto, 48, of 2509 Long Neck Drive in Iron Station was charged July 14 with one count each simple assault and battery, communicating threats and assault on a female by a male over 18 years of age. An unknown bond was set.
Robert David Bratton, 46, address unknown, was charged July 14 with one count misdemeanor larceny. A $1000 bond was set.
Deandre Lamont Ross, 22, of 1755 Magnet Lane in Stanley was charged July 15 with one count each possessing stolen goods and receiving or transferring stolen vehicles. An unknown bond was set.
Liliya Trotsenko Moose, 45, of 137 Deaton Avenue in Lincolnton was charged July 15 with one count non-support family. A $300 cash bond was set.
Eric Bolen, 45, of 1142 Betterbrook Lane in Lincolnton was charged July 15 with one account each assault on female and fail to appear. A $500 bond was set.
Keith Dwayne Dellinger, 35, of 1813 W Highway 150, was charged July 15 with one account misdemeanor aiding and abetting. A $2000 bond was set.
Teddy Ray Hood, 52, of 6209 Perth Trail in Denver was charged July 15 with one account of assault on female by male over 18 years of age. A $1000 secured bond was set.
Jeffrey Scott Black, 42, of 876 Old Home Place Way in Lincolnton was charged July 15 with one account probation violation. A $20,000 secured bond was set.
Nathan Austin Black II, 35, of 1166 Confederate Road in Lincolnton was charged July 15 with one count resist delay obstruct public officer. A $500 secured bond was set.
Brigette Lachellle Tenorio, 41, of 3915 Benny Shrum Lane in Maiden was charged with one account each fail to appear and unauthorized use of motor vehicle. An unknown bond was set.
