Criminal Charges 6-27-14

The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following arrests:

Michael Andrew Reinhardt, 24, of 607 Huss Street in Lincolnton was charged June 24 with one count misdemeanor second degree trespassing. A $3200 bond was set.
Tommie Lucia Tinker, 42, of 806 S Laurel Street in Lincolnton was charged June 24 with nine counts misdemeanor aiding and abetting larceny, two counts felony aiding and abetting larceny and one count felony organized retail theft. A $17,000 secured bond was set.
Jerri Lynn Sigmon, 20, of 806 S Laurel Street in Lincolnton was charged June 24 with one count misdemeanor resisting a public officer. A $1000 secured bond was set.
Alan Michael Little, 21, of 1101 E Pine Street in Lincolnton was charged June 25 with one count each assault on a female and communicating threats. A $1500 unsecured bond was set.
Anthony Robinson, 29, of 616 S Edward Street in Lincolnton was charged June 25 with one count felony possession of a firearm. A $40,000 secured bond was set.
Elizabeth Leeann Johnson, 24, of 800 Echo Glen Road in Charlotte was charged June 25 with one count each misdemeanor larceny, possession of stolen goods and first degree trespassing. A $2000 secured bond was set.
Roger Dean Yates, 61, of 1410 Painter Place in Charlotte was charged June 25 with one count each misdemeanor larceny and possession of stolen goods. A $20,000 secured bond was set.
Larry Jermaine Gibbs, 30, of 2199 Buffalo Shoals Rd in Lincolnton was charged June 25 with one count each felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/distribute of cocaine and sell/deliver cocaine. A $40,000 secured bond was set.

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
Abraham Adon, 20, of 3800 Sugar Creek Road in Charlotte was charged June 24 with one count of resist/delay/obstruct public officer. An unknown bond was set.
Christopher Joseph Kapusta,22, of 4454 Hunter Rhyne Road in Lincolnton was charged June 24 with two counts each possession with intent to manufacture/ sell/ distribute a controlled substance, Schedule I and sell or deliver controlled substance, Schedule I. A $40,000 bond was set.
Karen Slagle Cothran, 49, of 4750 Reinhardt Circle in Iron Station was charged June 24 with one count first degree trespassing. A $1000 secured bond was set.
Danny Wayne Ingram Jr, 46, of 988 Faraway Lane in Denver was charged June 24 with one count larceny. A $1000 secured bond was set.
Matthew Thomas Wray, 18, of 2775 Coral Drive in Lincolnton was charged June 24 with one count each communicating threats, second degree trespass and simple assault and battery. An unknown bond was set.
Evan Manley Owenby, 34, of 4500 S NC 16 Hwy in Denver was charged June 24 with one count each possession of a controlled substance Schedule II and possession with intent to manufacture controlled substance Schedule II. A $15,000 secured bond was set.
Alex Forrest Moore, 55, of 308 S Poplar Street in Lincolnton was charged June 24 with one count each possession with intent to manufacture/sell/distribute controlled substance Schedule II and sell/deliver controlled substance Schedule II. A $15,000 secured bond was set.
Kaleryn Chaves Nunez, 28, of 600 Clarks Creek Road in Lincolnton was charged June 24 with one count of failure to appear. An unknown bond was set.
Angela Rae Martin, 27, of 659 Springs East Road in Lincolnton was charged June 24 with one count failure to comply. A $430 cash bond was set.
Eric Scott Morrow, 23, of 718 Hares Way in Lincolnton was charged June 24 with one count each possession of a weapon by a felon, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana exceeding ½ oz. A $20,000 bond was set.
Timothy Carl Cherry, 53, of 413 7th St SW in Hickory was charged June 24 with six counts failure to appear. A $1000 secured bond was set.
Bobby Brad Lineberger, 47, of 519 Lineberger Way in Lincolnton was charged June 24 with two counts probation violation. A $5000 bond was set.
Jeremiah Amos White, 28, of 138 Springs East Road in Lincolnton was charged on June 24 with one count each non-support of family and first degree trespass and three counts resist/delay/obstruct public officer. A $1000 bond was set.
