MACHINE OPERATOR — Job Number 10285074
Kit, set up, operates and performs daily maintenance on various automatic component insertion, placement and wave soldering equipment. Achieve output consistent with plan and identify countermeasures for variances to plan. Set up and operate Surface Mount Technology equipment. Operate Wave Solder machines. Must be computer literate and have experience using Oracle MRP system. HS diploma/GED required. Prefer work experience in electronics or circuit board assembly.

Employer will be interviewing in the Lincolnton DWS office on Tuesday, June 17 from 9am- noon. There are a variety of positions available including machine operators, packers and assembler, picker/packers, distribution and forklift operators, and creelers, winders, and doffers.

Perform hand assembly operations which may include one or more of the following: component identification, soldering, testing and packaging using small tools and equipment in a teamwork environment. Operate test and assembly equipment. Requires basic computer skills and ability to navigate within Oracle’s manufacturing reports.

SECURITY OFFICERS — Job Number 10286038
Will conduct foot patrol, check doors and perimeter, gate watch, check trucks in entering site, and other duties as assigned. Requires a HS diploma/GED. The employer will be holding a job fair on Thursday, June 19 from 9:30-3:30. Contact DWS for referral.

ELECTRICIAN HELPER — Job Number 10285148
Must have 2 years basic electrical skills with own tools. Requires valid driver’s license.

OFFICE SUPPORT STAFF — Job Number 10286506
Must have prior experience in basic accounting, cash balancing, data verification and general clerical support. Must have excellent typing skills and experience using MS Word and Excel. Will be responsible for all data entry functions of the Branch. Experience with bills of lading, MS Word, MS Excel and 10 key by touch is required. Enters and verifies sales orders, branch stock orders, purchase orders and outbound stock transfers. Processes truck deliveries, posts mileage and totals sales for truck deliveries. Maintains exposure ledger for branch accounts.

Install security and fire alarm systems as well as other low voltage applications. Will train the right candidate. Requires valid driver’s license and HS diploma/GED.

WARPER — Job Number 10286364
Set up, operate, or tend machines that wind or twist textiles; or draw out and combine sliver, such as wool, hemp, or synthetic fibers.

Coordinate and monitor team’s production against targets, ensure departments stay on schedule and meet performance metrics. Verifies performance through tracking system. Lead the production team; mentor and motivate team members. Work within the ERP system to monitor production flow, using data indicators to schedule workload, ensuring output meets departmental goals. Moderate computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office. HS diploma/GED required, Associates Degree preferred. Work experience in manufacturing/operations, electronics or circuit board assembly preferred.

UTILITY WORKER — Job Number 10286372
