Sheriff’s Office seeking public’s help to locate missing woman

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing woman.
Toasha Nicole Rice, 27, of 6887 Lackey Road in Vale was last seen on May 26 by relatives when she left her residence with another white female in a black, four-door car, according to a press release.
Rice is described as a 5-foot-6 white female, with blue eyes and brown hair who weighs approximately 140 lbs.
Deputies said the woman is known by Nikki Green by some friends and on Facebook.
They said family members have attempted to contact her by her cell phone, which appears to be turned off. She is believed to be on medication but does not have her medicine with her.
