Criminal Charges 5-23-14

 

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

 

  • Rodney Scott Wright, 45, of 8830 N. N.C. 10 in Vale was charged May 20 with one count each of felony breaking and entering a building, larceny after breaking and entering and possessing stolen goods. A $40,000 secured bond was set.
  • Roger Dale Goins II, 28, of 3289 Pine Tree St. in Lincolnton was charged May 20 with one count of failure to appear. A $475 cash bond was set.
  • Carl Lloyd Almany III, 20, of 1656 Knoll Dr. in Vale was charged May 20 with two counts each of felony breaking and entering a building, larceny after breaking and entering and possessing stolen goods. A $50,000 secured bond was set.
  • Thomas L. Walker, 41, of 1819 Haynes Ave. in Gastonia was charged May 20 with one count of failure to appear. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Gunner Aaron Blackburn, 21, of 1662 Glimmering Sands Ln. in Conover was charged May 21 with count of felony failure to register as a sex offender. A $25,000 bond was set.
  • Phillip Lewis Rohr, 45, of 1129 Hulls Grove Ch. Rd. in Vale was charged May 21 with one count each of driving left of center, speeding to elude arrest, assault on a female by a male over 18 yrs. of age, communicating threats, failure to stop for siren, failure to stop at red light/stop sign, passing-improper (where signs forbid), speeding and careless and reckless driving. An unknown secured bond was set.
  • Joshua Lee Nolen, 29, of 1569 Riverview Rd. in Lincolnton was charged May 21 with two counts of probation violation. A $30,000 bond was set.
  • Jonathan Keith Brown, 39, of 2176 5th St. NE in Hickory was charged May 21 with one count of using a telephone to threaten bodily harm. A $500 bond was set.
  • Paul David Payne, 53, of 7804 Hickory Creek Dr. in Denver was charged May 21 with one count of fugitive from justice. No bond was set.
  • Todd Francis Grochowski, 46, of 1191 Blackberry Rd. in Thomasville was charged May 21 with one count of domestic criminal trespass. An unknown secured bond was set.
