Art Crawl call

The Arts Council of Lincoln County is looking for woodturners interested in participating in a competition, Woodturning: The Known and the Unknown,” which will run from July 1 to 31. The gallery will be displayed at the Cultural Center in Lincolnton. Pieces will be accepted for entry into the gallery 12-4 p.m. June 23-25. The competition is open to residents of Lincoln, Gaston, Cleveland, Mecklenburg, Burke, Catawba and Iredell. The gallery will close July 31 but open again to the public 12-4 p.m. Aug. 1-2.
