Coalition Against Child Abuse receives check

Sherry Reinhardt (pictured left), executive director of Lincoln County Coalition Against Child Abuse and the Child Advocacy Center, received a $1,000 check Tuesday from Boger City United Methodist Church. Melinda Houser (pictured right), one of the founders of Coalition in 1991, nonprofit board member and Boger City UMC church member, presented the check. Reinhardt said she spoke to the church’s men’s group last month about the need to send detectives who investigate technology crimes against children to a training in order for them “to remain experts in the field.”
