Criminal Charges 5-2-14

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

  • Jason Tyler Hilderbran, 17, of 3999 Benny Shrum Ln. in Maiden was charged April 29 with one count of cruelty to animals, for which a $1,000 secured bond was set, and one count of assault on a female by a male over 18 yrs. of age, for which a $2,000 secured bond was set.
  • Tony Lee Bolen, 41, of 127 W H Kiser Rd. in Lincolnton was charged April 29 with two counts of probation violation. A $5,000 bond.
  • Paul John Zittle III, 39, of 1285 Jaclyn Ln., D2B, in Lincolnton was charged April 29 with one count each of communicating threats, first-degree trespassing and injury to personal property. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Destiny Rebecca Nazworth, 17, of 194 Springwood Dr. in Denver was charged April 29 with one count of misdemeanor larceny. An unknown unsecured bond was set.
  • Sandra Nicole Braley, 26, of 105 Creekside Rd. in Bessemer City was charged April 29 with one count of second-degree trespassing. A $7,000 bond was set.
  • Dakota Reese Davis, 27, of 1679 Roseland Dr. in Lincolnton was charged April 29 with one count of cyberstalking. An unknown unsecured bond was set.
  • Caleb Matthew Hale, 17, of 6066 King Wilkinson Rd. in Denver was charged April 29 with one count each of injury to personal property and simple assault & battery or affray. An unknown secured bond was set.
  • Joe Donald Newman Jr., 35, of 2015 Lance Ln. in Vale was charged April 29 with one count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. An unknown unsecured bond was set.
  • Thomas Hyder Holland, 31, of 1111 13th Ave. NE in Hickory was charged April 29 with one count each of failure to comply, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling / vehicle for a controlled substance and possession with intent to manufacture, sell and distribute a schedule VI controlled substance. A $35,000 bond was set.
  • Mary Elizabeth Rice, 36, of 1495 Leonards Fork Ch. Rd. in Crouse was charged April 29 with one count of failure to appear. A $300 secured bond was set.
  • Matthew Dylan Hutto, 21, of 216 Laramie Dr. in Stanley was charged April 29 with one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. A $355 cash bond was set.
  • Michael Shane Pressley, 30, of 105 Moses Ct. in Dallas was charged April 29 with one count of failure to appear. A $600 secured bond was set.
  • Gary Wayne Benson Jr., 38, of 581 Greenway Dr. in Statesville was charged April 29 with one count of failure to comply. An unknown secured bond was set.
  • Wayne Lee Woodard, 54, of 5416 Big Creek Hollar in Alexis was charged April 30 with one count of obtaining property by false pretenses. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
  • Jerry Norman Vancise Jr., 38, of 204 Gilbert Rd. in Lincolnton was charged April 30 with one count of non-support family. A $500 cash bond was set.
  • Larry Joe Dycus, 27, of 148 Country Land Ln. in Vale was charged April 30 with one count of trafficking in opium or heroin. A $5,000 bond was set.
  • Paul John Zittle III, 39, OF 1285 Jaclyn Ln., D2B, in Lincolnton was charged April 30 with one count of non-support family. A $40,687 cash bond was set.
  • Alonzo Galvin Booker, 39, of 5803 Sloping Oaks Rd. in Charlotte was charged April 30 with one count of failure to appear. An unknown secured bond was set.
  • Sidney Gaither Hayes, 28, of 105 Creekside Rd. in Bessemer City was charged April 30 with one count of second-degree trespassing. A $1,500 bond was set.
  • Thomas L. Walker, 41, of 1819 Haynes Ave. in Gastonia was charged with two felony counts of larceny and one count each of conspiracy, organized retail theft and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. A $200,000 secured bond was set.
  • Jennifer Christine Carpenter, 35, of 1863 Arrowood Ln. in Lincolnton was charged April 30 with two counts of probation violation. A $25,000 bond was set.
  • Clay Allen Rudisill, 51, of 123 Springs East Rd. in Lincolnton was charged April 30 with one felony count of first-degree sexual offense of a victim under age 13. A $75,000 secured bond was set.
  • Cariana Lashea Anderson, 20, of 1698 George Brown Rd. in Crouse was charged April 30 with two counts of child abuse-a general misdemeanor and one count each of driving while license revoked or suspended or resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer. No bond was set.
