One-Stop Early Voting locations are now open for Lincoln County. This year, there will be four one-stop voting locations:
These sites will be open from 9 a.m.-7p.m. April 24-25 and April 28-May 2. On April 26 and May 3, the sites will be open from 8 a.m.-1 p.m.
Those voting on May 6, the official Primary Voting date, will need to vote at the voting location within the precinct where they reside. There are currently 28 precincts in Lincoln County:

According to the North Carolina State Board of Elections website, voters who vote in person, whether at one-stop early voting site or their polling place, may present photo ID before voting, but will not be required to do so. These voters will be notified of photo ID requirements that will go into full effect beginning in 2016, due to the Voter Information Verification Act.
