Criminal Charges 4-11-14

 

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

  • Jonathan Paul Russell, 33, of 3367 Ginger Ln. in Maiden was charged April 4 with one count of probation violation. A $15,000 bond was set.
  • Justin Milton Leatherman, 24, of 1605 Broome St. in Lincolnton was charged April 4 with one count of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • Meloney Dawn Funderburk, 32, of 2319 Tryon Courthouse Road in Bessemer City was charged April 4 with one compulsory attendance law violation. No bond was set.
  • Billy Ray Tilley, 38, of 2220 Withers Rd. in Maiden was charged April 4 with one count of failure to appear. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
  • David Joel Norman, 33, of 305 Wise Rd. in Lincolnton was charged April 4 with one count of cyber stalking. An unknown unsecured bond was set.
  • Selina Sue Morgan, 32, of 6519 Todd Ln. in Denver was charged April 4 with one count of harassing phone call. An unknown unsecured bond was set.
  • Jeffrey Phillip Maier, 43, of 931 Pinkney Pl. in Stanley was charged April 4 with one count of probation violation. A $10,000 bond was set.
  • Sarah Elizabeth Barb, 34, of 304 W. Statesville Ave. in Mooresville was charge with one count of failure to appear. An unknown secured bond was set.
  • Heather Nicole Meeks, 36, of 3210 Loop Rd. in Lincolnton was charged April 4 with two counts of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • Jason Micah Lincoln, 30, of 2453 Sun Valley Tr. in Lincolnton was charged April 4 with one count of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • Andrew Marc Hodges, 24, of 7243 Oxford Bluff Dr. in Stanley was charged April 4 with one count of interfering with a peace officer and two counts of cyber stalking. An unknown secured bond was set.
  • Joseph Kent Hubbard, 22, of 2611 Cindi Ln. in Claremont was charged April 4 with one count each of possessing stolen goods, possession of drug paraphernalia, open container-prohibited for driver and misdemeanor larceny. A 1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Freddie Keith Thompson Jr., 27, of 4005 Benny Shrum Ln. Maiden was charged April 5 with one count each of interfering with emergency communication, resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer and simple assault. An unknown secured bond was set.
  • Freddie Keith Thompson Sr., 50, of 4005 Benny Shrum Ln. in Maiden was charged April 5 with one count of assault by pointing a gun. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Anthony Gene Robinson, 29, of 402 N. Myrtle School Rd. in Gastonia was charged April 5 with one count each of possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance and sell/deliver a schedule II controlled substance. He was also served a true bill of indictment for charges unavailable at time of publication. A $20,000 bond was set.
  • Tyvegas Deontee Goode, 24, of 2206 Twin Ave. in Gastonia was charged April 5 with one count of DWI. An $800 bond was set.
  • Jason Lee Self, 31, of 5142 Flay Rd. in Lincolnton was charged April 5 with one count of misdemeanor breaking and entering. A $3,000 secured bond was set.
  • Tracy Lomax Stinson Jr., 52, of 3560 Ironton Pl. in Iron Station was charged April 5 with two counts of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • Randell Clark Owens, 24, of 1938 Peeler Rd. in Vale was charged April 5 with two counts of misdemeanor larceny and one count each of misdemeanor breaking and entering, second-degree trespassing, breaking and entering motor vehicles, resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer and possessing stolen goods. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Jonathan Seth Brown, 28, of 300 E. Charlotte Ave. in Mt. Holly was charged April 5 with one count each of larceny after breaking and entering, possessing stolen goods, felony breaking and entering a building, resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $12,000 secured bond was set.
