Criminal Charges — 3-12-14

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

  • Victoria Lynn Chavis, 21, of 1305 E. Broad Ave. in Rockingham was charged March 7 with one count of DWI. No bond was set.
  • Deana Kay Shaw, 44, of 7056 N.C. 182 in Cherryville was charged March 7 with one count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. a $20,000 secured bond was set.
  • Bobby Denielle Lewis, 33, of 945 N. College St. in Charlotte was charged March 7 with four counts of trafficking in opium or herion and two counts of attempting to obtain a controlled substance by forgery or fraud. No bond was set.
  • Sarah Gabriel Thompson, 58, of 1988 St. James Ch. Rd. in Denver was charged March 7 with one count of misdemeanor larceny. An unknown unsecured bond was set.
  • Tyler Michael Thompson, 17, of 1505 Laboratory Rd., #16, in Lincolnton was charged March 7 with two counts of failure to appear. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Barry George Fredell 26, of 4132 Biggerstaff Rd. in Maiden was charged March 7 with one felony count of indecent liberties with a child and two counts of probation violation. A $55,000 secured bond was set.

The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following arrests:

  • Brent A. Wood Blankenship, 29, of 219 Florham Dr. in Dallas was charged March 1 with one misdemeanor count of giving false report to police station. A $355 secured bond was set.
  • Ronald Jarvis Thompson, 42, of 3903 Grange Rd. in Maiden was charged March 3 with one count each of possession with intent to sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance (crack cocaine), sell/deliver crack cocaine and maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance. A $9,999 bond was set.
  • Nelson A. Roseboro, 26, of 102 Babs Ct. in Lincolnton was charged March 4 with one misdemeanor count of assault inflicting serious injury. A $1,200 unsecured bond was set.
  • William Michael Jones, 28, of 2133 N. Aspen St. in Lincolnton was charged March 4 with one misdemeanor count of assault on a government official. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • Amanda Lynn Shrum, 30, of 15 Carrie St. in Lincolnton was charged March 5 with one misdemeanor count of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • Freddie Keith Thompson Jr., 27, of 104 Garrison Dr. in Belmont was charged March 5 with one misdemeanor count of assault on a female. A $4,000 secured bond was set.
  • Crystal Smith Setzer, 42, of 2489 Country Club Rd. in Lincolnton was charged March 5 with one misdemeanor count of larceny. A $500 unsecured bond was set.
  • Christopher Parnell, 26, whose address is unknown, was charged March 5 with one felony count of possession with intent to sell and deliver a counterfeit controlled substance and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. A $30,000 secured bond was set.
  • Benny Ervin Hall III, 28, of 710 S. “D” Ave. in Lincolnton was charged March 5 with one count each of possession with intent to sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance (cocaine), sell/deliver cocaine and conspiring to sell and deliver cocaine. A $15,000 bond was set.
  • Kimberly Rose Evans, aka “Kimmie,” 48, of 391 Mooregate Ln. in Lincolnton was charged March 5 with two counts each of possession with intent to sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance (cocaine), sell/deliver cocaine and conspiring to sell and deliver cocaine. Bond amount unknown.
  • Joshua Clinton Jones, 33, of 2502 Johnstown Rd. in Crouse was charged March 5 with four counts of trafficking opiates and one count each of possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, sell/deliver marijuana and conspiring to traffic opiates. A $90,000 bond was set.
  • Sonya Joann Wilmoth, 34, of 6528 Todd Ln. in Denver was charged March 5 with one count each of trafficking opiates and obtaining a controlled substance by fraud. A $55,000 bond was set.
  • Summer Leann Barrett, 24, 5790 Summer Ln. in Cherryville was charged March 5 with one count each of trafficking opiates, possession with intent to sell and deliver a schedule III controlled substance (liquid hydrocodone) and maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance. A $110,000 bond was set.
  • Cheryl Anne Elisabeth Bernardi, 25, of 4495 King Wilkinson Rd. in Lincolnton was charged March 5 with three counts each of possession with intent to sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance (cocaine) and sell/deliver cocaine, two counts of conspiring to sell/deliver cocaine and one count of maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance. A $70,000 bond was set.
  • Heather Nicole Sisk, 22, of 1456 Bess Chapel Church Rd. in Cherryville was charged March 5 with four counts each of trafficking opiates and conspiring to traffic opiates, two counts of maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance and one count each of possession with intent to sell and deliver a schedule III controlled substance, possession with intent to sell and deliver a schedule IV controlled substance (xanax) and sell/deliver xanax. A $115,000 bond was set.
  • Teron Thompson, 23, of 939 Car Farm Rd. in Lincolnton was charged March 5 with one count each of possession with intent to sell and deliver crack cocaine, sell/deliver crack cocaine and conspiracy. A $15,000 bond was set.
  • Christopher Michael Schaller, 25, of 993 Wellman St. in Gastonia was charged March 5 with four counts of trafficking opiates and one count each of posssession with intent to sell and deliver a schedule III controlled substance, conspiring to traffic opiates, possession with a schedule IV controlled substance (klonopin), sell/deliver klonopin and maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance. A $110,000 bond was set.
  • Brittney Nichole Revels, 33, of 903 Pinhook Loop Rd. in Gastonia was charged March 5 with four counts of trafficking opiates and one count each of possession with intent to sell and deliver a schedule III controlled substance, conspiring to traffic opiates, possession with intent to sell and deliver a schedule IV controlled substance (klonopin), sell/deliver klonopin and maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance. A $110,000 bond was set.
  • Karen Grant Byers, 42, of 727 Wilcox Ave., Lot 16, in Gaffney, S.C., was charged March 5 with three counts of trafficking opiates and one count each of possession with intent to sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance (oxycodone), possession with intent to sell and deliver a schedule IV controlled substance (xanax), sell and deliver a schedule IV controlled substance (xanax) and conspiring to traffic opiates. A $75,000 bond was set.
  • Beverly Renee Manning, 29, of 727 Wilcox Ave., Lot 16, in Gaffney, S.C., was charged March 5 with one count each of three counts of trafficking opiates and one count each of possession with intent to sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance (oxycodone), possession with intent to sell and deliver a schedule IV controlled substance (xanax), sell and deliver a schedule IV controlled substance (xanax) and conspiring to traffic opiates. A $75,000 bond was set.
  • Norma Jean Helms, 48, of 102 A St. in Lincolnton was charged March 5 with one count each of possession with intent to sell and deliver a schedule III controlled substance (hydrocodone), sell/deliver hydrocodone, sell/deliver klonopin, possession with intent to sell and deliver a schedule IV controlled substance (ativan), sell/deliver ativan and maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance. A $30,000 bond was set.
  • Nicole Woodcock Harkey, aka “Sheila Nicole Woodcock,” 25, of 3030 Livingstone Trl. in Lincolnton was charged March 5 with one count of obtaining property by false pretenses. A $5,000 bond was set.
  • Jarvis Lamont Jackson, whose age is unknown, of 301 Old Tavern Ln. in Maiden was charged March 6 with one felony count each of possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver marijuana, sell/deliver marijuana and conspiracy. An $8,000 secured bond was set.
  • Krystal Michelle Hartman, 30, of 174 High Ridge Cir. in Maiden was charged March 6 with one felony count each of possession with intent to sell/deliver a schedule III controlled substance (Tylenol 3) and sell/deliver a schedule III controlled substance (Tylenol 3). A $5,000 secured bond was set.
  • Tony Everett Carpenter, 57, of 2489 Country Club Rd. in Lincolnton was charged March 6 with one misdemeanor count each of assault on a female and communicating threats. No bond was set.
  • Tammie Laurette Woods, 48, of 102 Babs Ct. in Lincolnton was charged March 8 with one misdemeanor count of larceny. A $300 unsecured bond was set.
  • Billy Lamar Cherry III, 18, of 218 Lynch St. in Lincolnton was charged March 9 with one misdemeanor count of larceny. A $4,000 secured bond was set.

The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following criminal summons:

  • Joseph Ray Dills, 33, of 15 Carrie St. in Lincolnton was issued a criminal summons March 3 for one count of school attendance law violation.
  • Johnny Joe Warlick, 40, of 1984 Bill Lynch Rd. in Lincolnton was issued a criminal summons March 4 for one count each of DWI and driving while licenese revoked.
  • Dustin Wayne Porter, who age is unknown, of 1672 Price Rd. in Eden, N.C., was issued a criminal summons March 4 for one count of nonsupport spouse.
  • Jennifer Lynn Henry, 39, of 865 Acre Heights Rd. in Lincolnton was issued a criminal summons March 9 for one count of worthless check.
