Eagles’ Jackson to play at Pfeiffer

Lincoln Charter senior Tori Jackson has signed a national letter of intent to play soccer at Pfeiffer University, the school announced in a press release.
Jackson, a midfielder, has been a starter for the Eagles since she was a freshman. She was named the Piedmont Charter Athletic Conference All-Star 2011-13, and was selected to the all-state soccer team by the N.C. Coaches Soccer Association.
Jackson scored 25 goals and added 12 assists as a junior for the Eagles. She also participates in indoor track and basketball, and has a cumulative GPA of 4.89, the release said.
