Criminal Charges — 2-21-14

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

  • Heather Nicole Howard, 37, of 3407 Mission Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 17 with one count of worthless check. She was released on a written promise.
  • Larry Chad Cooper, 39, of 7272 Hagers Hollow Dr. in Denver was charged Feb. 17 with one count of non-support family. A $1,200 cash bond was set.
  • Robert Thomas Denton, 20, of 4686 Klorissa Trl. in Alexis was charged Feb. 17 with one count each of communicating threats and assault on a female by a male over 18 yrs. of age. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Robert Gerald Ambrosio Jr., 22, of 7985 Lakeview Dr. in Denver was charged Feb. 17 with one count each of misdemeanor larceny and obtaining property by false pretenses. No bond was set.
  • Brittany Jo Ilaria, 27, of 449 Doves Crest Ct. in Stanley was charged Feb. 17 with one count each of second-degree trespassing and possession of a schedule VI controlled substance. A $300 secured bond was set.
  • Kindsey Elizabeth Fowler, 30, of 6697 Charleston Trl. in Cherryville was charged Feb. 17 with one count of compulsory attendance law violation. No bond was set.
  • Denise Nicole Taylor, 34, of 7214 Kenyon Dr. in Denver was charged Feb. 17 with one count each of simple assault and communicating threats. No bond was set.
  • Marty James Workman, 45, of 1106 Cat Square Rd. in Vale was charged Feb. 17 with one count of non-support parents-failure to support (parents). No bond was set.
  • Tina Marie Leatherman, 50, of 3609 Hog Hill Rd. in Vale was charged Feb. 17 with one count of non-support parents-failure to support (parents). No bond was set.
  • Teddy Lee Weathers, 43, of 1525 S. Aspen St. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 17 with non-support parents-failure to support (parents). No bond was set.
  • Deborah Lynn Weathers, 49, of 6373 Dixie Ln. in Vale was charged Feb. 17 with non-support parents-failure to support (parents). No bond was set.
  • Tiffany Maynor Goins, 31, of 2192 Swanson Rd. in Crouse was charged Feb. 17 with one count of compulsory attendance law violation. No bond was set.
  • Brian Curtis Goins, 38, of 2192 Swanson Rd. in Crouse was charged Feb. 17 with one count of compulsory attendance law violation. No bond was set.
  • Charles Carson Love, 50, of 2288 Beth Haven Ch. Rd. in Denver was charged Feb. 18 with one count of worthless check. No bond was set.
  • Eric Bernard Ramseur, 42, of 1805 Tomes Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 18 with three counts of non-support family. A $650 cash bond was set.
  • Jack Daniel Touvell, 23, of 111 White Heart Ln. in Mt. Holly was charged Feb. 18 with one count of AWOL-absent without leave (military). No bond was set.
  • Carlton John Williams, 30, of 1338 Dartwood Ln. in Stanley was charged Feb. 18 with one count each of manufacturing a schedule VI controlled substance and maintaining a dwelling/vehicle for a controlled substance. A $10,000 bond was set.

The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following arrests:

  • William Glenn Love, 38, of 1520 Atlantic Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 13 with one count each of DWI and failure to stop at flashing red light. A $2,500 secured bond was set.
  • Brandon Jaron Propst, 25, of 3380 Avalon Ave. in Charlotte was charged Feb. 16 with with one misdemeanor count each of larceny, trespassing and stalking. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
  • Joshua David Carter, 25, of 720 E. Lincoln St. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 18 with one felony count each of probation violation, breaking and entering, possession with intent to sell and deliver a schedule III controlled substance, sell and deliver a schedule III controlled substance, conspiracy to obtain property by false pretenses and with two counts of trafficking opium or heroin. He was additionally charged with one DWI, hit-and-run property damage and reckless driving-wanted disregard. A $155,000 secured bond was set.
  • Terry Eugene Nolen, 25, of Nolen Acres in Iron Station was charged Feb. 18 with five misdmeanor counts of failure to appear and one misdemeanor count of larceny. A $31,000 secured bond was set.
  • Janice Blackwell Hinnant, 37, of 702 S. Laurel St. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 19 with one misdemeanor count of simple possession of a schedule IV controlled substance. A $4,000 secured bond was set.
  • Joorman Vilalobos Castro, 18, of 2847 Highland Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 19 with one felony count each of breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering and possession of stolen property. A $25,000 secured bond was set.

The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following criminal summons:

  • Benjamin Robert Carter, 33, of 2303 Brevard Pl. in Iron Station was issued a criminal summons Feb. 14 for one count of harassing phone calls.
