Criminal Charges 2-17-14

 

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

 

  • Patsy Bryson Whitesides, 57, of 214 Lantern Ridge Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 13 with one count of harassing phone call. No bond was set.
  • Brandon Scott Houser, 17, of 213 Bynum Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 13 with one count of possession of marijuana up to ½ ounce. A $600 secured bond was set.
  • Jerry Raymond Reynolds Sr., 73, of 5091 Crouse Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 13 with one count of misuse of a 911 emergency telephone system. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following arrests:
  • Ruth Reeves Rebekah, age unknown, of 1430 Victor Woods Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 8 with one misdemeanor count of threatening phone call. A $500 unsecured bond was set.
  • Christopher Gordon Johnson, 43, of 2002 Crossway Cir. in Gastonia was charged Feb. 8 with one misdemeanor count each of failure to appear and simple possession. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Carlos Antonio Jimenez, 30, of 351 Grandview Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 8 with one misdemeanor count each of driving while license revoked, failure to secure child, having unsafe tires and having a revoked tag. A $30,000 secured bond was set.
  • Bobby Gene Smith, 46, of 103 High St. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 8 with one misdemeanor count of probation violation. A $15,000 secured bond was set.
  • Cody Ryan Debertott, 19, of 185 Tennessee Trl. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 9 with one misdemeanor count each of DWI, driving left of center and provisional licensee. An $800 unsecured bond was set.
  • Curtis Franklin Caraluzzo, 36, of 725 N. Cedar St. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 9 with one misdemeanor count of DWI. Suspect was not confined.
  • Anita Miranda Key, 38, of 320 Lowry Ln. in Cherryville was charged Feb. 9 with one count each of driving while license revoked, having no insurance, having a revoked tag and resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Andrew Watson, 30, of 659 Springs East Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 9 with one misdemeanor count each of failure to comply and driving while license revoked. A $355 bond was set.
  • Alejandro Alvarez, 24, of 134 Spring Meadows Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 9 with one count each of DWI, speeding, driving while license revoked and failure to comply with license restrictions. An $800 unsecured bond was set.
  • Ronald Wayne, 73, of 757 Alf Hoover Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 10 with one misdemeanor count of driving while license revoked. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Allan K. Bessette, age unknown, of Ann Gaither Ct. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 10 with one misdemeanor count each of inhaling toxic vapors and resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
  • Edgar Yair Hernandez, 18, of 1330 Highland Bluff Ct. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 11 with one felony count of breaking and entering and two counts of larceny. A $21,000 secured bond was set.
  • Jason Neal Grant, 33, of 320 Turner St. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 12 with one misdemeanor count each of DWI, turn signal VIO, for which a $1,000 secured bond was set, and one count each of driving while license revoked and hit-and-run leaving the scene of property damage, for which a $2,000 secured bond was set.
  • William Glenn Love, 38, of 1520 Atlantic Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 13 with one misdemeanor count each of DWI and failure to stop at a flashing red light. A $2,500 secured bond was set.
