Criminal Charges 1-27-14

 

 

 

 

 

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

 

  • Justin Kyle Marlowe, 26, of 216 Tenth St. in Cramerton was charged Jan. 22 with one count of careless and reckless driving. No bond was set.
  • Charles Dewayne Belew, 30, of 506 E. Hill Dr. in Cherryville was charged Jan. 22 with one count of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • Tracy Lomax Stinson Jr., 52, of 3560 Ironton Pl. in Iron Station was charged Jan. 22 with one count of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • Richard Bean Pearson, 42, of 5397 Bucks Garage Rd. in Maiden was charged Jan. 22 with one count of first-degree trespassing. No bond was set.
  • Robert Adam Shull, 42, of 145 Shell St. in Lincolnton was charged Jan. 22 with one count each of failure to appear, failure to comply and probation violation. No bond was set.
  • Katie Elizabeth Knight, 29, of 260 Old Cold Water Rd. in Anniston, Ala., was charged Jan. 22 with one count each of forcible trespass-entry and detainer and simple assault & battery or affray. No bond was set.
  • Emily Marie Ledwell, 35, of 111 Majesty Pl. in Kings Mountain was charged Jan. 22 with one count each of worthless check and no financial responsibility. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • Louis Tyrone Shipp, 44, of 213 Newbold St. in Lincolnton was charged Jan. 22 with one count each of possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $6,000 secured bond was set.

 

 

 

The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following arrests:

 

  • Charles Edward Mackey, 49, of 509 1/2 S. Mulberry St. in Cherryville was charged Jan. 17 with one misdemeanor count of resisting, delaying and obstructing an officer and intoxicated and disruptive. An $800 secured bond was set.
  • Donald Lattimore, 53, of 526 Riverside Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Jan. 18 with one misdemeanor count of resisting, delaying and obstructing an officer. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Laura Kathryn Drew Smith, 29, of 401 N. Grove St. in Lincolnton was charged Jan. 18 with one misdemeanor count of second-degree trespassing. A $4,000 secured bond was set.
  • Lionel Jay Thomas, 44, of 7845 Live Oaks Dr. in Denver was charged Jan. 21 with one misdemeanor count of larceny, trespassing and possessing stolen property and goods. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
  • Matthew Tyler Pitts, 21, of 16D Woodmont Cir. in Lincolnton was charged Jan. 21 with one count of DWI. Bond amount is unknown.
