Criminal Charges 1-15-14

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

  • Jerome Baxter, 46, of 2521 Country Club Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Jan. 10 with one count of parole violation, for which no bond was set, and one count of assault inflicting serious injury or assault with a deadly weapon, for which a $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Joshua Lee Mills, 28, of 1222 Jackson Rd. in Gastonia was charged Jan. 10 with one count of failure to comply. No bond was set.
  • Jeffrey Miller, 54, of 300 S. Bost Ave. #3 in Newton was charged Jan. 10 with one count each of attempting to obtain a controlled substance by fraud/forgery, driving while license suspended or revoked and resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer. A $2,000 bond was set.
  • Reginald Antonia Roseboro, 46, of 494 N. Little Egypt Rd. in Denver was charged Jan. 10 with one count of non-support family. A $2,500 cash bond was set.
  • Jordan Ray Vanzandt, 21, of 5693 Nora Dr. in Iron Station was charged Jan. 10 with one count each of felony larceny and possessing stolen goods. A $60,000 secured bond was set.
  • Eric Ray Story, 30, of 2101 Diamond Ln. in Vale was charged Jan. 10 with two counts of failure to appear. No bond was set.
  • Christopher Dale Robinson, 21, of 116 Locomotive Ln., 107, in Mooresville was charged Jan. 10 with three counts of surrender of surety. No bond was set.
  • Ricardo Leal Tapia, 33, of 2614 Reepsville Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Jan. 10 with one count each of DWI and driving while license revoked. An $800 bond was set.
  • William Escalante Rojas, 25, of 303 N. Aspen St. in Lincolnton was charged Jan. 10 with one count of DWI. A $1,000 bond was set.
  • Ricky Dean Watts, 52, of 2755 Sam Houser Rd. in Vale was charged Jan. 10 with three counts of worthless check. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • Kenneth Ray Caldwell Jr., 56, of 2201 Birchcrest Rd. in Dallas was charged Jan. 10 with one count of domestic violence protective order violation. A $2,500 bond was set.
  • Curtis Nixon Jr., 47, of 319 Old Barn Rd. in Iron Station was charged Jan. 11 with one count each of resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer, assault on a law enforcement officer and assault on a female by a male over 18 yrs. of age. A $1,500 bond was set.
  • Kenneth Gregory Hale, 39, of 105 Pecan Grove Cir. in Gastonia was charged Jan. 11 with one count each of giving false information to an officer and driving while license revoked. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
