LTN Staff Report
Lincoln County students will operate on a three-hour delay twice this week due to threats of frigid temperatures.
Each school will follow the delay on Tuesday and Wednesday morning.
Unseasonably cold weather, set to break records, forecasters have said, will affect the entire state, bringing snow to much of the mountains.
Temperatures are expected to dip near 0 degrees during the early part of Tuesday with a much colder wind chill forecasted.
According to the LCS website, high schools will follow their regular third and fourth period schedules both days while staff will operate as normal.
