Criminal Charges — 12-23-13

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

  • Jeffrey Scott Reep, 55, of 428 Hilltop Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 18 with one count each of assault on a female and non-physical assault. No bond was set.
  • Donnie Scott Carpenter, 41, of 172 Enola Dr. in Shelby was served a true bill of indictment Dec. 18 for possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver cocaine, sell and deliver cocaine and conspiring to sell and deliver cocaine. A $30,000 bond was set.
  • Pamela Ann Reedy, 48, of 2418 Sun Valley Trl. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 18 with one count of failure to appear. No bond was set.
  • Steven Scott Albrecht, 21, of 6818 Ingleside Dr. in Sherrills Ford was charged Dec. 18 with one count of failure to comply and two counts of failure to appear. No bond was set.
  • Isaac Nathaniel Christenbury, 17, of 163 Planters Row Rd. in Iron Station was charged Dec. 18 with one count of simple assault & battery or affray. No bond was set.
  • Buddy Robert Stamey, 21, of 113 Camiella Garden St. in Morganton was charged Dec. 18 with one count of assault by strangulation. A $2,500 secured bond was set.
  • Daniel Marcel Poovey Jr., 25, of 113 Camiella Garden St. in Morganton was charged Dec. 18 with one count each of assault on a female and simple assault & battery or affray. No bond was set.
  • Brenda Diane Vandyke Rollins, 31, of 2718 Icard Sch. Rd. in Icard was charged Dec. 18 with one count of simple assault & battery or affray. No bond was set.
  • Lisa Carpenter Stamey, 44, of 113 Carmiella St. in Morganton was charged Dec. 18 with one count of simple assault & battery or affray. No bond was set.
  • Brittney Solane Hall, 23, of 214 E. Catawba St. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 18 with one count of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.

The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following arrests:

  • Aaron Michael Jack McSwain, 22, of 1111 Gaston St., Apt. 10, in Lincolnton was served a true bill of indictment Dec. 17 for one felony count of obtaining property by false pretenses . A $5,000 unsecured bond was set.
  • Allison Canipe Danner, 34, of 1478 Smith Farm Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 18 with one misdemeanor count each of first-degree trespassing, probation violation, aggressive driving, speeding (60 in a 35 mph zone), speeding (80 in a 35 mph zone), failure to stop for stop sign, failure to heed light/siren, improper passing and failure to stop at a red light; two misdemeanor counts each of driving left of center, larceny and possession of stolen property/goods; one felony count each of probation violation and fleeing to elude arrest. A $33,000 secured bond was set.
  • Charles Franklin Ingle, 74, of 6749 Wells Rd. in Vale was charged Dec. 18 with one misdemeanor count each of DWI and driving left of center. A $1,000 unsecured bond was set.
  • Casey Alyn Wright, 20, of 120 Larkyn Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 19 with two felony counts each of possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, sell and deliver marijuana and maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance along with one misdemeanor count of conspiring to sell and deliver marijuana. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
  • Jordy Vinicio Chinchilla, 20, of 120 Larkyn Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 19 with one felony count each of possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver marijuana, sell and deliver marijuana and conspiring to sell and deliver marijuana. An $8,000 secured bond was set.
  • Kenneth Mark Thornes, 47, of 111 N. Grove St. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 19 with two felony counts of trafficking opium, one felony count each of possession of a schedule II controlled substance and maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance, two misdemeanor counts of simple possession of a schedule IV controlled substance and one misdemeanor count each of simple possession of a schedule III controlled substance, simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $25,000 secured bond was set.
