Ship and receive products. Maintain and supply stock of raw materials to production area. Maintain warehouse. Operate a forklift. Prefer minimum of one-year experience and high school graduate.

Mold Designer (Job # 10247033)

Responsible for creating 3-D surface or solid models of rubber parts via reverse engineering and subsequent mold design and extrusion dies; programming CNC machining centers 3-5 axis and wire EDM equipment to facilitate mold construction. Proven ability to work with and understand higher end CAD/CAM systems. Experienced class “A” surface/solid modeler. BS in mechanical engineering preferred.

Responsible for the coordination of medical transportation services. Determines client eligibility for transportation assistance. Communicates with transportation contractors. Requires knowledge of Medicaid transportation procedures, policies, and requirements and knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.

Responsible for the determination or re-determination of eligibility for various assigned income maintenance programs. Interviews clients to acquire information pertinent to the application process. Requires knowledge of federal and state income maintenance programs laws and regulations. Graduation from an associate’s degree program in human services technology, social services, paralegal technology, business administration, secretarial science or a closely-related curriculum; or graduation from high school and two years of clerical, paraprofessional, or other public contact experience.

Will investigate alleged neglect and abuse, substantiate alleged neglect or abuse, provide expert testimony in court hearings, and follow up with case management and preventive services for clients.
